Anyone had problems with www.homewish.uk

forgotmyname, if you would look at actual records, their registered address was changed recently on 20 Jan 2016. The address before that was, you guessed it, the same as it is on the website. it may take some time to update details.
Additionally, how can you tell that their trading addresses do not match? I cannot find it on companies house or their website at all? Perhaps you have some agenda here??
I am going to repeat what I wrote in my first post, I am simply retelling my experience with this particular company. Perhaps if you actually tried USING them yourself, then proceed to tell us all how it went?0 -

I had never used or even heard of the company until this thread was started. I only posted a few comments back then, that other companies were linked to this one and the manager of this was named elsewhere with complaints of items not being received.
I cannot remember and cannot be bothered to look for them now. Although i never delete anything so it will be saved here somewhere. I have backups from 1996 to the present day...
You send me some money and i will use them, but I would rather give my wallet to a stranger than order from them. So unless i can spend your money i will decline your offer.
How do i know the trading address is different, a quick google gives you that info. The same for the companies accounts, available if you look.
Takes time to update which address? Companies house or the website?
There are so many issues i can point out its a joke. Maybe you need to get someone who knows what they are doing to sort it all out?
This has just given me a flashback from the TV show "cant pay take it away" where they goto an office and deny the company trade from there despite having signs on the windows still and the company owners car outside and an office full of paperwork inside and them still using the companies credit card. They left so many clues. Look familiar?
Whats your company number? Quoted it incorrectly anywhere?

Homewish have had mine taken down twice, the first time they tried to say I was never a customer of theirs; therefore I had to verify my purchase. The second time they said that I used defamatory language in my review; as a result I amended it."

I have not been able to get hold of a phone number for this company. They have failed to deliver my order within the timescale indicated in their website, arguing some systems failures. Can anyone provide a telephone number? Have looked everywhere online but have failed to found one! Thanks for any help!
I have received two emails like the following one:
Your Furniture Club Order
Dear XXX,
Further to our previous email to you, we have unfortunately been hit by another server crash on our systems. This was due to a fix that was performed on our server following the issues we recently experienced.
This caused outages in vital parts of our systems and communications.
PLEASE NOTE: NO CUSTOMER DATA WAS COMPROMISED AT ANY TIME. THIS WAS A PURELY INTERNAL ISSUE.
Due to this, we are now in the process of moving our systems to a brand new server structure, thus eliminating any issues moving forward. As a result of this, your order has unfortunately been delayed a further 7 - 10 working days from the date of this email. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

I ordered shelves from homeday.uk in January for March delivery. It's now May and no sign of shelves. My husband emailed them and they apologised and they said we'd receive information once it's dispatched. No mention of when that will be. I emailed them saying we want a refund. No response.0
