That's very good news, dusty and perhaps a blessing about the mix-up at hospital
DS has been given some antihistamine stuff in the hope that the cough / throat clearing is an immune response to the virus he had. FIngers crossed. This is from before Christmas.
Had to hang on to both littlies coming home from school for fear they would blow away.
Had a mega guilt fest when DD came to my desk saying "when are you going to play with me:( this can't go on
Right, DS didn't like his lunch, said it wasn't what he ordered and he's being a grot, so I must go feed him before he implodes...Bossymoo

Oh dear, my Flying time today has all been taken up with caring for Jessie.:o
She's only 22 months old, and full of energy, so a l-o-n-g walk and lots of playing in the garden with the tennis ball I've loaned her.:o
Tomorrow will be similar.:D
The field's flooded, so we've had to quickly work out a suitably long route for her walk; she's very good though, walking nicely with the buggy, and sitting at the kerb before we cross a road.:T
We have decluttered several tangles from her fur, plus a considerable amount of mud (she'd been playing in her own garden prior to being picked up to come here yesterday) - does this count as Flying?:DIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
Dailies done
Kitchen & bathroom S&Sed
Met daughter for lunch and shopping.
Not gone to voluntary job as I'm feeling under the weather. Sore throat, cough etc. so not much other flying done I'm afraid.
The wind is horrendous here. I've never know it as bad. Quite scary.
Hugs, spoons and sticks where needed.0 -
LW definitely counts. I've done WM1 and washed up. Blackdog snapping at my heels and tripping me up.
Street party meeting here tonight and I've not made a cake like usual, just CBA, going to delegate every job I can to others.
Had a row with DS1 over a bowl of pasta.
Aaaaaaaaagh I've turned into a moaning miserable mule. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Awwww Dusty Have a big SQUEEZE from me. Moan away my friend, moan away
So today no flying was done. I ended up going to the Neonatal unit with my ace mate to see our friend whose new little girl has an huge hole in her heartShe's absolutely stunning, it was lovely to see them both.
I'm terribly tired tonight, so I can feel an early night coming on.
Actually, I did do the DW & MWx2 TDx1 And made my bed.MMSSB Club Founder Member

I echo everything LynneJK says and Dusty - just a hug lovely.
Well I haven't done any flying since the paid stuff finished, not even the washing up from tea as I am tired, but I did get an award at the paid stuff today and lots of congratulatory emails so the tiredness is probably worth it - monetary award too, woohoo....
Tomorrow before the paid stuff, I am planning to do HHI and dog walking. Anything else from the lists will be a bonus.
Still blowing a gale here but I remember being outside in the storm of Jan '90 and nothing since seems to have come close to that terror!
'See' you all tomorrow.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
