    Hello all :hello:

Well I was £160 at the garage for a fan belt and two new tyres.. These I decided were mandatory since I skidded yesterday in the snow, lost control of the car on a roundabout after braking to avoid a lunatic and almost hit two other cars. Ironically Id had them checked the day before and all 4 tyres were between 3 and 3.6 mm.... still well above our legal limit.

Anyway, they are changed now. Its still snowing heavily here so im going to wait until later to go out... I have no milk and have had my fill of fruit tea!

Off to have a cranberry and orange *rolleyes* and have a catch up of the thread x

Haven't caught up on the thread yet but I am here :o I'm feeling pretty down at the moment and feeling under pressure from people, even if there is no pressure if that makes any sense :o

Obviously I'm running late for lists so just doing my own thing.
    Emails checked and replied to

    Airer reloaded
    WM back on again
    DW on

Wendywitch sorry you're feeling down - sending gentle hugs to you.

We've managed to escape the snow and only had a tiny bit. Had a lovely walk with Whiz this morning out in the sunshine. Got 2 new chickens last night so making sure the 'big girls' don't bully the newbies who are called Hettie and Esme!!

Just done an online shopping order for Mo**isons; hope it goes OK. I'm really a L**l fan but I end up having to go to other places too to get what we need; I'm short of time as it is so thought I'd give the online a go. Has anyone else tried M for online?

Need to do some lunch and some vacuuming, then paid stuff for a while.

Dusty those kittens are fab. And that's from a dog person!:D

I have Jessie Doodle here til Saturday, while her humans move house; she's already had her walk today before she came, but I think I'll take her for a little trundle anyway, as Mr LW has got the buggy out for me, and it's lovely and sunny at the moment.:o

Dentist done.. I got a sticker.. for being brave and taking Tiddles.. yes I know that is stoooopid beyond all things logical. She needs a coupe of tiny fillings in some milk teeth but nothing to write home about. We are back on Wednesday morning.. 11:20ish I think.

I've marched myself 3 miles today.. I have discovered I cannot walk far without support.. and I had no pushchair and I practically crawled the last 20 minutes.. :( and I need to change the knobs to handles and I cannot open or close the ELECTRIC doors on the hire car.. I'm so feeble! I may need to speak to the quack about it at some point.. but there is nothing can be done so that seems pointless.

I have an issue.. Someone on my FB who I have been friends with for many many years has put himself forward for MP in the next general election.. which is great.. he would ultimately make a marvellous PM if I am honest.. he is doing this because he has passion and feels things are wring and he wants to change them. However, he is standing as a UKIP candidate.. and I have issues with this.. I have deleted people off for sharing their things and other hateful things by other similar groups.. and while I fully support him in his venture I just cannot get my head round this.. I know deleting him from my life because of his political views is out of order I keep him in spite of his colourful language, flamboyant (his word not mine!) homosexuality and atheism but this is one step too far. It is these things that make me think he would be a great PM to shake up the country, he's not likely to ever get there, he isn't in my city any more but I'm struggling with this. Yes, it is my problem I know.. but I needed to share my feelings and I don't want to upset him or bring him down off his current high.. it is lovely to see him happy and with focus, he has been flotsam on the sea of turmoil for many years and I WANT to support his choices so I am freeing myself of my issues here so I can do that.. sorry... I'll try not to mention it again.

I'm going for a cuppa while it is peaceful.. everyone out and Pixie asleep.. it's so quiet I can hear my laptop fan!

Today is definitely not a model of efficiency. Didn't sleep well so getting up was more of a hassle than ever. Did horse OK. Some poor person's car had broken down inconveniently yards before the traffic lights on the large A1M roundabout so we were all held up and changing lanes to get past. 10-12 student hard work but ok. No sign of the 12-2 student at all; no texts no nothing. My next one isn't till 4.30.
I've started organising electronic paperwork needed for my certificate renewal.
I've continued deleting emails inspired by JulieJim.
Have more of the above to do but I'm bored! And won't get paid much for today considering the number of hours I'm away from home.
Am trying to save myself from overdosing coffee as the student I'm seeing at 4.30 is on the other campus which has a C***a so have had a (sickly) hot chocolate so far.
Would rather be flying at home really................sorry moan over.

My computer is stuck :p so I'm taking a break.

Cup of tea and some blueberry mini wheats :) me time!

pigpen I feel your pain. Do you think he is truly supportive of the UKIP or is he perhaps just advancing his career? Could he be a little naive, and about to be disillusioned? Or secretly hoping to expose them? I'm not sure. Just clutching at straws here obviously, but we all know sometimes things are not what they seem. X
