Right, I've done the bathroom :j scrubbed the floor  cleaned everything and sorted the cat litter.
Bin men have finally been so I can now start refilling the paper recycle bag.
DD1's boyfriend just popped round to collect a pound coin token keyring thing. He's off to the skate park down the road and needs it for a locker.
I need to sort the stuff that needs to go in the attic (boxes of Christmas presents for [STRIKE]next[/STRIKE] this year and a suitcase their Dad didn't need for his holiday to Barbados  ) I told DD1 I wouldn't take her for her nail appointment tonight til she'd put it up there (my back doesn't let me anymore :o ) it's only been waiting 2 weeks!
Next door neighbours (girl's house, her mum lives with her and her kids, though girl spends more time round her new boyfriend's house leaving her mum with the kids) are having a screaming match.

  • Hi all

Pigpen no reason why you can't still be friends even if you dont share his political views but I wouldn't want to be connected on fb. Then again I am not a big fb user ...

Came home from work shattered so decided to lie down for an hour. The dog came and laid next to me chewing his paws, next door are hammering something and my phone is beeping because it's low on charge. Sigh.

Off to take this mutt for a walk, check emails on job 2 and potter. Meatballs in sc for tea and I bought a crumble for afters.

The dog's eaten the sausages I got out for tea!

Going to pick DS up from school and then take him to buy some new trainers with his Christmas money so I'll catch you all when I get back.

He has been helpful in terms of dealing with KH, I've known him since I was 14 and he is a good person.. It is this one aspect I am bothered by.. it is partly a career move maybe but I'm not sure he will be disillusioned.. I will see where it goes.. I wouldn't remove someone for being a particular religion (unless it promoted harming innocent others) or for other political preferences.. so it feels wrong to do so because of this.. we will see what it evolves into.. in the meantime I shall remain silent and not respond to anything in a negative manner.. you never know.. he may make them a nice party with morals and empathy.. :)

Pixie awake so we have 'room on the broom' again!!!

I lost my ring in Oh's jumper.. it is really big and falls off all the time.. I need a replacement asap.

Piggers I have friends on FB and RL with very different political views and that is just fine. My neighbour is a local councillor and she knows I don't support her party but has always helped me out with issues and has even said if I ever wanted to be a councillor for any party she would love to work with me. Challenge to views is good, I don't like the big U either, not my bag at all but I get why some people do.

Ok I need a break from governor paperwork so will hoover and mop which I didn't do yesterday and look at the list to see what else I could do.

Main bedroom Half done. That may be all today, as I am exhausted at the moment. Not sure I'm going for a walk, as the sun has gone in and it's very cold.

That's just reminded me, I have washing out on the whirligig. Better go and get it in before the sun goes down!:D

Ive got a very outspoken BNP member on my FB. I agree with some of the things he says but not all. He's too extreme for me. I like to read his links and form my own opinions.... He hasn't converted me to his extremism and never will.

Incidentally he is quiet at the moment. He's got some family drama going on which may or may not be associated with his outspoken views.
