Back from cricket nets. DS3's helmet broke.
Still I've got the ginger purpants on my lap, so funny, they are jealous of each other so keep shunting around for prime position.
I'll do the list and was up after my cuppa.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
DD has washed the dishes, and S&S the kitchen, I've juggled contents on various shelves to put the shopping away. DD asked if we could have the TV off tonight so she could concentrate easier on her homework and then completed it all
She even had time off to watch some catch up TV while she ate.
So I tackled my magazine pile aka Frog. I have now ripped out all articles I want to read and split them into 3 piles, one lot is stuff I want to read then throw away, another is recipes to add to my "to try" folder, and the other is stuff I want to keep longer term like "how to's" and quizzes etc. I've kept 2 magazines complete, 1 I want to read just about every article in and the other is Jan 2015s copy so that sorted. Seriously considering subscribing to the magazine as I do read them normally and it'd save me £15 a year on the cost of buying it in the shop.I think the only other magazine I read I can buy a subscription to through one of the survey websites I do. I'll have to look into that
Anyway the frog has been turned into frogspawn, the livingroom & kitchen are tidy and shouldn't take long to clean properly tomorrowI may even use my new microfibre cloths. I'm waiting on whether the gasman shows up to do the work or not as its outside and the forecast isn't good.
Right, time to chase DD down the bed now she's washed her hair and finished blasting Bon Jovi as she sang along and dried her hair. I'm off to bed too. I will get back to being able to spring out of bed at 6am like I did before Christmas :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
Thank what ever you hold sacred for cleaners! They came today and my house is now fresh and clean (if still VERY cluttered
)
I managed to shower and wash my hair (oh and get dressed!)- tomorrow I hope to shower, get dressed AND go to knit and natter!
Must use my stash up!0 -

Magnificent ears! And clearly very agile. Hope they have learned not to stand on the range to reach their climbing frame.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.0
