Argh eldest child driving me mad

Not much done today as had youngest to dentist and shopping delivered.

Tomorrow I need to go bank and council office.
Youngest has been caught trying to climb bookcase so I'm going to empty it, clean behind it and get hubby to fasten to wall before cleaning everything and putting stuff back tidy

  • Seems as though this flying is going to the extreme.

Hubby is that impressed that he wants to sort out what we lovingly call "the museum" Realistically this is a big shed full of tat. This tat consists of old farming implements, fireplaces, jars, basically anything that he's picked up over the years at car boots or farm sales or general auctions.

He now wants to sort this out into 3 lots. Stuff for scraping, stuff for restoring to sell and stuff for restoring and enjoying.

So from now on my duties on farm are being changed to that of a antique (junk) restorer (haha), starting tomorrow, I can't wait :).

So looks like i'm going to be a full time flyer :)

I think I shall make a start on my Toots list tonight. DH is steadfastly ignoring the fact that the dog bed is naked in the hallway. It needs taping back together and the covers putting back on but it's sponge and faux suede and makes me retch to touch it :(. Once it' rout of the way, I can get on with laying the underlay by the front door for the mats.

Dusty, can't believe it, sorry :(.
    Yorkshirelass, you sound meh :(.

Tonight, I need to find some scissors because I can't see out of my fringe and it's driving me insane!

Hi everyone, I am struggling this week, but am here in spirit if not body.

It is my first full week at work since October and I am tired

I can't even muster the energy for level one so will just keep on top of basics and hope for some oomph after a good nights sleep.

Dusty - that is terrible treatment of your mother.
Valli - well done to your DD

I am really sorry I cannot remember everyone's news but please help yourself to hugs, spoons and sticks.

Catch up with you all soon

Thank you for the list Dusty  Count me in albeit a bit late.. I shall make a small start from tomorrow as I really need to get the house into some sort of shame again. Unfortunately I have let it get quite bad after being laid up, and now I can use my arm again (not the wrist though!) I am more mobile and can do much more :j

Welcome back Mumof2 :D Glad the CBT is working for you and you are feeling much better :D
Valli well done to your DD on passing her driving test :D
