Wow!!! Fantastic!!! That's an amazing loss in 3 weeks, I bet you're noticing a difference already. Onward and downward (in weight)!Over futile odds
And laughed at by the gods
And now the final frame

1/2lb off for me today which is a miracle considering how much I have eaten. Tomorrow is another day and all that. Back to counting points to keep me on the straight and narrow. If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0

It's half a pound you don't ever have to see again though ali-t!
I'm not expecting much this week, weekend wasn't great and I used up all my extra weekly points. However, I did make 2 dozen cakes for work, and not a crumb passed my lips.
Been too reliant on bread today, bad (no) planning on my part.Over futile odds

Thanks CWR, we both made a good start, but there will be good and bad weeks along the way no doubt, I am going to enjoy the good ones and try not to fall off the wagon as soon as I have a bad one. My key is NOT putting weight back on.
Ali T excellent another 1/2lb never to be seen again, and a new week to attack.
There seems to be rather a lot of snow I need to dig out my boots I can't describe how much I am longing for the spring. Even snowdrops and hellebores aren't doing it for me at present. I may try and book a few days in the sun in March.0 -
CWR kudos on the cake baking, no eating!0

Think positive - extra calories used to trudge through the snow that you wouldn't have used if it was nicer weather. If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0 -
Yes you are right it was lovely when the sun got up. My walk to the station and back, and up to work and back is 10000 steps plus so I do try and walk it every day rain or shine.
Day 23: 34 points, feeling OK with that. I am such a comfort eater we are busy at work at the minute and it makes such a difference. I haven't eaten any extra points this week yet.0 -
Day 24, 42 points. I was sabotaged by lunch out with my boss I tried my best not to go overboard.
It is unbelievably cold tonight following a beautiful clear day. I think the heating will be staying on!0 -
You're so good with your exercise tootallulah, something I need to work on, but very gradually! Challenged myself to walk to the next bus stop on in the mornings and get off 1 stop sooner. When the weather gets a bit warmer will try and get out at lunchtime and go for a walk round the block.
Well after being convinced I wouldn't lose anything this week, I lost 3lb! So pretty chuffed with that. Gone down another point now in daily allowance.
Had a look at the WW cooking it your way book tonight, looks like some nice recipes in there, I may treat myself next week.
Looking forward to the weekend and going out with my two best mates.Over futile odds

Woo hoo 3lbs well done CWR, I am looking forward to the week-end too.
Although on Friday I am starting big dental work so it may be a bit of a painful couple of days.
I am not good at exercise at all but as I do nothing else I walk, largely because I don't have a car. I began by getting off the bus one stop early and walking across Westminster Bridge every morning. I told myself I wouldn't do it if it was raining. In three years I didn't do the walk four times, I realised I used the weather as an excuse it doesn't actually rain that often. I like swimming but only ever do it when I am abroad I couldn't chance meeting a neighbour at the local pool, far too fat.0
