Thanks Happe I was pleased, it is a good start.
Oh dear today I fell off the wagon big time. Here is my food for the day: 6 coffees, 1 tea, 1 X buttered scone, 1 X ICED Bath bun. I have NEVER eaten a Bath bun before, what am I doing? And just now a mushroom omelette.
Day 25 , 44 points and a terrible set of food. Tomorrow is another day!0 -

44 points isn't that bad, you've got your 49 weeklies to use... chin up! As you say, tomorrow is another day.
Would you usually have breakfast?Over futile odds
And laughed at by the gods
And now the final frame

Day 25 CORRECTION, 56 points I found 12 boiled sweets and ate them.
Back on it today folks, day 25 was definitely a blip.
CWR, my previous success was built on eating breakfast, lunch and supper with 2 snacks meaning I am never hungry yesterday was all wrong from the start. I am moving on!0 -
Don't worry, its days like that remind you why you need to stay on track. Its a learning day, not a beat yourself up day!If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0

Day 26, 43 points. That is more like it.
I was out for lunch but managed the rest of my day more sensibly, taking the full packed daytime food (minus lunch) works well for me. I have a lovely quiet week-end ahead. Today I am making peg bags for the local school Spring Fair - the glamour. And I am going to spring clean the greenhouse ready for seed planting. I am also going to do a proper cook up for the week, soup and suppers.
Thanks for the support Ali T you are right there will be the odd day of madness the key will be ignoring it and moving on.0 -
Day 27, 40 points. Most of today I have been dressmaking and trying to keep warm - even with the heating on it feels cold. Tomorrow I am going to friends for lunch, really looking forward to seeing everyone.0

Well yesterday was a bit of a non-starter. Was hung-over for most of the day (you'd think I'd know better at my age) and therefore just lolled about! But today the sun is shining and I feel much livelier. Just had a lush brunch of potato cakes, turkey bacon, scrambled egg, mushrooms and tomatoes. Won't need anything else much until dinner time.Over futile odds
And laughed at by the gods
And now the final frame

Day 28 , 46points, only 1 of my 49 weekly points remaining. This has been the hardest week so far, largely due to me being less organised and not pre-making up all my day time food and snacks as I had been doing before. I am going away in two weeks time to stay with friends so I need to get on it for the next two weeks to get my mojo back. It will be harder when staying with people but I still want to lose 10lbs in February. Weigh in tomorrow I am hoping I haven't put any weight back on!
Hope you are feeling better now CWR wasn't it a brilliant day? I planted a load of seeds in the greenhouse, dried clothes outdoors, and walked to my bother's, 6.5 miles my legs are really aching as I was trying to walk a bit faster than my normal dawdle.0 -
Remember you will earn activity points for all the walking you do so you might have a lot more of your weeklies left than you think. If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0
