    Hello all xx

I fell off the wagon big time a little while ago, but am back logging everything in nutracheck now and, like you Izadora, am taking a much more relaxed attitude towards it and trying to see it as a lifestyle rather than a diet.
I don't track at weekends and have some treats, but then try to keep it reigned in to being relatively healthy. I had a takeaway this week (and leftovers the day after lol!) but still managed to lose 4lb this week, so I'm feeling content with that.

Wishing you all a lovely week.
    xx

    Hello all

I have been lurking for months and thought it was time to join in!

I see the thread is quiet, I do hope your Mums are ok tootallulah and meandO.

My target for this year is 136lbs, which is halving my bodyweight. I thought it was time to post as I have found inspiration from your posts and hope that mine may do the same. I have been travelling since December so losing weight has been much easier without the stresses of normal work and life. I will be home in six weeks time and need to stay focussed and develop good healthy habits to keep the weightloss in the right direction and then keep it off (alwsys hard too!)

Yesterday I hit 100lbs lost so far this year.

I have 36lbs to get to a healthy BMI and hopefully maintainable weight through being generally active and eating mainly primal with my own tweaks.

Hope you are all well :)

Congratulations on the 100Ib loss, that's amazing. I'm at 77.5 so far this year and 80 in total . . . feels great doesn't it?!

oldestgnome - that's amazing. Well done!!!

I've been absolutely appalling for the past 2 months and have managed to put on nearly a stone. Oh well, not a lot I can do about it now but I am back to counting points today so hopefully it won't take me too long to shift it again.

It really does UKTigerlily, well done on your loss too :) Do you have a final goal?

Izadora, sometimes thats the way it goes! Lets hope we are all on the wagon and able to get rid of what we want to...

Yep, for now exactly 5st/70Ibs more by next Spring/Summer
  • I'm still lurking and reading posts although nothing much ground-breaking to report! Fabulous weightlosses UKtigerlily and oldestgnome. Well done for getting back on the wagon MeandO and Izadora.

I managed to put on 5lbs on our Butlins 4 day event, but have lost that in 2 weeks and another lb, so I'm 6lbs away from my 50lb. My leader said she'd get my certificate ordered so it's ready, although I'm not expecting to have lost at all this week - boozy BBQ weekend!

    Keep facing forward ladies!!
    Over futile odds

    And now the final frame

Morning all I am back. Thank you for all of your messages and kind wishes for my Mum it turns out that she has severe vitamin B12 deficiency and at present is on injections every day and still feels poorly but a non life threatening diagnosis had the rest of us skipping and her very relieved. She will get there it is just a matter of time, she must be feeling better as she has thought perhaps she will do a bit of a drive tomorrow with my brother and see how that goes. Meanwhile I managed just over a week in Normandy with lovely weather and good friends, it was a fantastic break and I feel really rested.

BUT the land of bread, chees, frites and wine has had a very bad effect and I have put on 6lbs, SO VERY annoyed with myself but I am back on track from today and aiming to lose that 6lbs before I go to Borneo and not put on any weight whilst there.

Many congrats to you all on some good weight losses, hi CWR holidays hey? and a special shout for OldestGnome, welcome many congratulations and send that determination my way please!
