So for example if I wanted to find out where is cheapest at the mo to get one tin of heinz beans here is how I do it (this is on my phone but works the same on desktop). You can see from the last pic asda is cheapest, so then I just add it to my 'asda' list. Does that make sense?Misc debts - £5,000 | Student loan - £9,000 | Mortgage - £180,000

on the left hand side there is a box to choose a supermarket... I just click any of them.
Type in the product I'm searching for and usually a few pop up.
Click on the one that I'm looking for and once you click on it it has a pop up with a list of prices at all shops...
I see which is cheapest or has the best offer and write it down on my list.I didn't realise clicking on an item brought up the comparison prices, and that's what I was after. It works clicking on items in my basket too :T
Still doesn't seem to be capable of comparing everything thoughI had 480 Mr T teabags in my basket. For Mr A it replaces with 6x100 (don't understand why 6 and not 5). Take those out and put in the Mr A 480 pack, and when I switch back to Mr T it substitutes to their 480 but doesn't show me the Mr A price !!
So it could save me time in the future compared to checking each supermarket's site, but it depends on how many hit problems like that - I guess only time will tellI've put a load of staples into my basket while I was trying to find my way around the site, but still a fair bit of work in order to get a complete list of things I buy / use
I suppose the easiest thing will be to add as I use things (or as I need to replace them, though that will probably take me a lot longer to build a complete list as some stuff lasts me for months!)Cheryl0 -

So OH just went out to get a couple of lightbulbs.
Decided to stop at tesco garage on the way home. Spent £16 on things that I do not have on my lists for this month... like doritos because they are on offer!!! and then £10 on the LOTTERY!
We don't even play the lottery! He said it's because it's a big jackpot... I said isn't that the worst time to play the lottery anyway as more people will be playing??
So that's £71 down in one day, sigh
Yikes! :mad:Planning to do a Victoria sponge this week because hubby keeps going on about it!
I have powdered milk in my baking cupboard that I obviously bought for a recipe but have no idea what to make with it!! Any ideas?
I love Victoria sponge.Such a simple cake to make - and eat.
Powdered milk is great to have around for when you run out of milk.
Personally,that's all I use.
Living on my own,I was fed up of milk going off.
I've got 2.20 francs left until Monday. No spends planned today or tomorrow.
Yesterday I bought a few things and enough ice lollies to keep me going for 2-3 weeks.0 -
Just realised I forgot to add Wednesday's Mr t shop to my total. £39.34. I can't believe how much I've spent this month so far! I think it's going to be harder than I thought to keep costs down but I am going to keep on trying! I did have nsd's Thursday and Friday but I need to pop out for a bag of potato waffles later for my fuss pot son but tomorrow will be a nsd too!Trying to fix my finances whilst living with 3 kids and 2 cats! 👩🏻👧🏻👦🏻👶🏼🐱🐱
