Have been shopping this morning but seem to have mislaid a couple of the receipts - I paid by card so will be able to add it on once they show up on the account - I'll add £30 to my signature for now as I think it must be somewhere around there as I know I spent £21 in Morries then £2-3 in Icel*nd; B&M & Aldi.

    Rampant Recycler Debt-free and Proud!
    Hiya everyone :hello:

Hope you feeling better piglet ??

Managed another NSD today and just about to do an order for Mr T for Friday I think  I'm enjoying these free deliveries so far and it saves DH carrying stuff like my big two litre bottles of fizzy water (only 17p each).

Dinner tonight will be sliced, cooked pork from freezer, roast pots, steamed veggies and gravy. I might go and make some apple sauce to go with for a change. Just de-cluttering a cuppa first :D

Hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday

    Thanks. :)

I bought bananas, dried yeast, dried milk powder and ice lollies.I was tempted to buy some mango sorbet, but resisted (it wouldn't last long with me).

    10.80 francs left for tomorrow,but there's nothing I need.

NSD for me today. So tempting to pop out for a pudding, or something different than planned, or a treaty thing. Especially as ffoods is literally ally around the corner!

Dinner tonight was supposed to be home made pizza, but I ended up staying an extra half hour at work... I always have 'easy win' dinners in the house, so we had tinned pie, mash and steamed veg. Sometimes you just need to cheat!!

This means that the hm pizza can carry over to next month's plan. We had the pie down for this Friday (last day of term), but now the ch are seeing their dad for dinner, so it works out nicely.

Hope you've all managed to keep your purses closed!

Haven't updated for a while, but have been keeping an eye on it through YNAB and so far I have spent £132.33/£205.

2 weekly shops left, which should total less than £30 each so fingers crossed I'm within budget.

Messed up - Thought I only had one shop day left until I restart (on 1st)

Turns out I have two

Balance is £51.77 for 2 weeks now - luckily the freezer has enough to cover us and I just need top up shops :)

Used my 18p APG voucher yesterday to buy a 4-pinter, so that's 71p spend on milk, which I also Shopitized and Quidcoed, so I'll get another 26p back.

The Mighty Deals Tesco Voucher Saga continues... I still haven't received my redemption link for my voucher code. It was a £5 spend in last month's budget, but was really hoping to be able to get my £10 shop from it this month. At best I'll be rushing round like a loon trying to get the shopping done on Friday. Or, I'll have lost £5. I've said if the voucher doesn't come, I want a refund. Boo!
    Keep reading books!
August grocery challenge budget £150, spent so far £45.95, remaining £104.05.

Can anyone recommend a good microwave/oven as thinking of buying one to use when not a lot to go in the big oven. Am considering a Panasonic one at moment.

On the grocery side I have spent £24.52 this morning taking us up to £114.09 in total.
