Starting to feel like old mother Hubbard. Still got loads of food really but it's a bit unnerving! Planning to go to tesco tomorrow. I have a voucher for £6 off a £40 spend. But I have looked on money supermarket and only getting things that are on offer, or those that are the same price at aldi or on things that I can't get at aldi. Also have non grocery things to buy as well so don't pkan to spend all of this on the grocery budget!

I got vouchers from Mr S today - presumably because I finally signed up for a Nect@r card a few months ago now you can earn points on eB@y. First is £4 off £20, but I can't think of £20 worth of anything I need - and I certainly don't find them to be the cheapest for anything unless it's on offer (and then it's usually stuff I don't use / need). The other 3 (one a week for 4 weeks) are £3 off £20. I certainly don't need (and can't afford) £80 worth of stuff from there in the next 4 weeks. Most I get from Mr T these days end up in the recycling as well :o

    Hiya everyone

I'm on late because I'm sitting up for the results !!

Went to butcher today so spent £57.76, which comes out of my bulk buy fund leaving it very small atm so hope to save some pennies this month to boost it back up fingers xd.

Also spent £1.55 on cream and coleslaw.

Had a bit of a treat for dinner as the butcher makes his own steak pies with flaky pastry top - gorgeous - so had one with mash, carrots, peas and gravy - truly scrumptious :D

Hope you all have a fabulous Friday

Did my part of my weekly shop last night instead of today as I'm busy tonight - spent £11.80 but have got almost everything I need except for fresh fruit and veg, which I don't need to much of so I should be able to get with my £3.20 remaining for next week! I also bought dried chickpeas instead of canned, so will cook them all up and freeze in batches at some point this weekend :)

    Morning all,

Went to a$da on Wed for some loose trousers as I have a poorly tummy, whilst there bought some things that are payable via ch3ck0ut$mart, so £10.90 to add (4.32 cashback-going to make £10 a day) Also £6 to add today for some bits for todays meals.

So will add £16.90 to my sig now.

    Have a great day all

Quick one for me. Had a few spends that OH is holding receipts for. About £10, I believe. I will update sig when I get them.

Did an Al Dee shop today. Spent £46.32, about £8 over budget... but I had blood tests this morning and had to fast, so I was shopping on an almost empty stomach (I had a home made cheese and bacon savoury in my hand bag, but it wasn't enough).

Tomorrow I will be getting about £40-£50 of groceries from Mr T (the stuff that I can buy cheaper there, with my discount, than Al Dee). That wlll almost take me to my £200 for the month... but that will be about all I need to see us through. (OH depending :D)

My total today came to 29.15. Spent just over £40 to use my £6 voucher but £5.50 was from another budget. Will do a £25 farmfoods shop at the weekend and then we will be stocked up on things for the month.
