£6.86 spent over the last couple of days mainly on YS bread and gluten free bread. Also bought some cheeky chip shop chips and mushy peas to go with our homecooked fish for dinner tonight.
Having a meal plan and dry stores of pasta will see us through the week with the exception of milk, we drink so much tea at this time of year!Married in 2016. Bought our first home in 2017. Expecting our first baby in November 2017
Frugal & thrifty as much as possible.0 -
Hiya everyone :hello:...... So any suggestions for two tins of mixed beans will be gratefully received.
You could also make a bean curry with any left-over curry sauce.
I always make sure to rinse them really well first in a sieve to get rid of all the salt etc.
I managed another NSD today :j
Hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday

Lots of shopping today: £6 worth of YS veg at Marks, £14 in Sainsbugs (stock up on Ecover washing up liquid and getting a 10p off per litre of fuel voucher, much needed for my trip this weekend) then another trip to Marks this evening, tons of - unnecessary treats - fancy breads on YS, plus necessary soy sauce that I had forgotten, for £10.
Total to update sig £30. Way too much. Will have to tighten the belt in the next few days, now I got everything to eat in the fridge and storecupboard. Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -

Hi!
Been absent for the last few days because I haven't been spending any moneyHowever, all good things must come to an end.
Have popped on now to update my sig to reflect some purchases from my second purse stockpile. I might have to grab a few things from Mr T when I finish work in the morning too.
Not planning to spend anything on Thursday. Friday I may have a small home delivery, but that's not set in stone. Need to see what I need for next weeks meal plan first
Hope you all have good days:T Weight Loss (Start Weight 14st 12lb): 5/24 lbs :T

I will need to do a small shop today as we are out of pop and will run out of loo roll before I get paid a week on Friday. I'm aiming to spend no more than £20. Fingers crossed
I also need to do some batch cooking today, things like flap jacks and fairy cakes for snacks for the kids. I might do a quiche as well to use up the last of the xmas cheese.£36/£240

not going anywhere today , another NSD. Day out in Big Town tomorrow but we'll be rushing from appointment to appointment so no time to spend money on groceries! If I'm lucky Lidl will be closed when the train arrives back, lol.First they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you, and then you win - Gandhi0
