Hi.
Yesterday was a nsd for us as will today be one. Can't believe how quick the month is going.
In hospital tomorrow for bloods to see if chemo will go ahead next week.
Meals sorted for next week and it's half term.

Hoping for a NSD here I don't intend to go out today apart from walking the dog. Lunch is going to be HM chunky tomato and lentil soup with ciabatta rolls and dinner is spag bolognese with salad and garlic bread. I hope everyone has a good Thursday:)

Budgets updated to here
Welcome/welcome back to
Aaleigha and Anzac Biscuit
We are going okay this month. Away from Sunday 15th for a week's fully catered skiing. Costing a fair bit (different budget) so hope it is worth it! Back with only 2 GC days to go and around £40 left, so more than doable.
Keep up the good work peeps.

Hi!
Been a bit absent on this thread for a few days. I'll catch up in a mo. Just posting to report my 7th NSD this month! Had to do a couple of shops yesterday. Lost my receipts, but know it was just under £3 between them, so I'm adding £3 to my spends this month. That leaves me around £70 for the next fortnight.
Mr T will be bringing me around £40 of stuff tomorrow, and that should last us until the end of the month (hopefully beyond as we won't be here for the last 7 days of it. I have to go into hospital and my OH is staying with a friend). We've already money aside for my OH's spends, so that won't come out of our grocery budget:T Weight Loss (Start Weight 14st 12lb): 5/24 lbs :T

Updated my sig, NSD for Tuesday and today, yesterday spend of £26 in L*dl, eggs, steak, rocket, raspberries, some chocolate and crisps for the kids and some fish.
Really amazed that its Thursday and only spent £54 this week, there will be some more spending though tomorrow, DH is home for Valentine's weekend and some special meals planned, with red wine in front of the open fires - lovely!
That said, I do still think that I will spend less this week than last, though, we seem to be on a roll with reducing our food spending, and I am setting a limit of £30 in A*di tomorrow, and a food shop of under £40 from T*sco planned, still to finalise though, but I am keeping it under that, no matter what, this ought to bring us in under last week's total by £22.Making time for me now. Out with old habits and ideas, and open to change......:j0 -
Spent £21.45 today between A!di, B&M and Ice!and so spends are now £59.65
A!di had no meat in the fridges as over night they had broken down and everything had been removed. They said stocks would be back once delivered in the afternoon.
Got to take Mum for blood test tomorrow then nip into T3sco with her not sure if I need anything - hopefully not.MARCH £62.38/2500 -
Hi everyone I am not doing very well this month not spent any more on food shopping I have however spent money on other naughty things eating out mainly as hubby still at home waiting for them to take out stitches and he is in such a bad mood I would rather not be at home. Still 1 week 5 days and I begin from the beginningFebruary GC £261.97/24 NSDS 10/12

Budget's looking waaaaay too healthy at the moment.
Monthly budget = £228.60, which makes it £97.97 for 12 days. I've not fed DS1 for 2 days, so that drops to £91.97
Spreadsheet currently shows shop spends of £17.82, stock usage of £34.08, and loose change of 60p to savings. I also estimate another £5 used up from stock as 'odds and ends from already opened jars/packets' which I'll calculate properly at the end of the month. So that means a 'spend' of around £57.50, putting me £34+ under budget so far.
But I know it's going to get hit a bit this weekend (fish with some expensive veg for Saturday night tea for OH and myself) and again the following weekend (have promised OH and DS1 I'll get some swordfish), and I desperately need a chicken breast stockup from Costc0 as I've none in the freezer. So I can't afford to take my eye off the figures....Cheryl0 -
