My goal is $300 USD...I am up to $211 thus far. We are pretty well stocked for most things; we might need milk and salad greens before the end of the month.
Last month's total was $475.0 -

Went to T*sco this morning for a few bits and spent £7 and used a 50p off voucher. Looked at the 'Valentines' meal deals and they looked a bit naff so went to L*dl and bought my own meal spending £9.40 on a 'deal' of my own. Meditteranean veg, potato gratin, whole (free range) chicken, G*U puddings and chocolate seashells! We have enough booze left over from Christmas/Birthdays to go with it...yum!
Spent a total of £17.97 in L*dl.

Hi Folks
Can I join in this month please. I did quite well last month only spending £283.54/£310 but we did clear out quite a bit of the freezer and the cupboards. I also made the mistake of complaining that I'm fed up with doing all the shopping so my Hubby offered to go. Major error !!!! He did stick to my list but he didn't check on prices and quite a few items could have been purchased a little cheaper. Still lesson learned and I won't do that again in a hurry
I have however managed to keep on top of my spends and we are currently standing at £87.67/£270.
I need a big shop this weekend so had better finish up and get on with my shopping list.Credit Card £[STRIKE]2332.04[/STRIKE] at 1st Jan 14 now £2089

i spent another $51US this morning and now my total is $261 for the month. That only leaves me $39 until March 1. Fruit and veg are SOO expensive-especially the fruit. I will have to make do for the rest of the month and only send dh to the store for milk or salad.
But i CAN do this...I can.0
