I'm sorry to hear you've all been ill - my niece and nephew have too. So far we have avoided the germs! It's awful when you're counting down to the next painkiller isn't it?

It sounds like you've been busy with birthdays and Christmas to plan for.

I hope you sort things out with the school. What are the other teacher's like? I'm wondering if the others are great, it might be worth sticking with it. I worked in a school once where most of the teachers were amazing but there was one awful grumpy woman and it upset me to hear how she spoke to the children. She'd been in the job so long that no doubt they didn't dare to fire her.

Thankfully, DDs new teacher seems incredibly patient and experienced, and most importantly, kind. We went in for an afternoon together and it's so lovely. If the teacher hadn't been nice I think I would have cried!

there are 4 teachers, one we've both heard talking to the kids and it's appalling, their current one is just a bit off with us and we both think that she isn't a fan of DS, not that they have to be, but for us both to have that impression.. well

I've spent the last few days thinking I'm really silly to move them and I don't want to upset their routine or learning.. will see how the last two weeks go...

Been so busy here with birthday prep and the like!

Still coughing away and driving DH mad at night! Few surveys on p-base and up to £7.60 on there now.. nearly at £20 on Y0ug0v and £11 on 1poll.

Guests arrive today for the weekend, so very little time to be online.

Can't believe it's 2 weeks today to the big day!

Bit of a spendy weekend, but expected and you can't put a price sometimes on memories.

A hectic week ahead and I've one more gift to get for their teacher and I am done. No other spends expected.

Waiting for the early pay days to fling all of the back pay and increases at the credit card. plan to clear CC2 totally as although I had most of the money and it shows as gone, I just actually hadn't paid the whole lot off and being honest a little pot of that pot ended up elsewhere, so I need to clear that, clear DH's CC which we put the washing machine on and then put the rest towards the everyday CC which the new carpet went on and the spends from this weekend.

That means the daily CC won't be cleared this month, but it's on interest free and we will be really strict with it now and when we spend on it, we put the pennies aside to clear it.

Last but not least, poor CC1 which is making such slow progress might get a look in if I have any spare left.

Have a great week all. with Christmas plays and work, I don't expect to be on here much..

CC1 figure updated and now at £4628.87. Few surveys tonight and nearly up to £10 payout again on p-base. Aside from Y0ug0v, think that has been my most productive survey site this year. Only started in April and I've had over £50 so far.

Littlies are at their school play and DH picked up a £5 pizza, wedges, chicken bits, garlic bits and ice cream deal from the co-op! Oven is on and I'm starving.

Ignoring the paragraph above, I'm joining slimming world this week as well, but might get the books from fleabay and do it online.. time is so precious.. anyhoo, it's happening!
