I was pretty chilly pegging my washing out but I'm so grateful for blue skies and a glimmer of sunshine.
Everything seems to be progressing well with the house and great that some of your regular bills will reduce too.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!4 -
Another cold but less windy day spent out, spent more than I was happy with but it isn’t often we do get out like that and treat the kids.Interested to see my electric bill hit the account tomorrow. It should be down on last months but with my rubbish provider I never know what to expect!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Still waiting for the electric bill. Why am I not surprised with this company?!
Few surveys yesterday picked up. Chased ipsos for missing live panel points which should be about £25.Considering it’s the first of the month the activity in my bank account was very unexciting. One payment in and a kids activity club out.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Well done on clearing sofa balance!
Its so foggy and moist here today. I've been loving the sunshine too - especially after those storms!4 -
Electric bill in and paid. Please to see we used £30ish less than last month.65p cashback from Shopmium. £5 in from vrpr and quite a few surveys from ipsos today. So house news. Long story but we are back searching again. Trouble is it feels crazy out there again with so many viewings on properties and offers going over and above asking.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

£3 pcone survey in and Amazon balance updated. Prolific is at payout but they are suspended this weekend due to a tech issue.Made decision this week to take house off market. We are going to do the work here so we brainstormed a huge long list covering each room. Short, medium and long term.Few of the first things are to replace a gate which got broken by an enthusiastic neighbourhood dog trying to come and say hi to our dog. Also going to take down a old rotten shed tomorrow.Feel very energised and re-motivated.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

That's a big thing, debtfree, how do you feel about it? A list like that is a good idea if you're going to stay for a good long while, especially with time factored in.2023: the year I get to buy a car3
