Did the same with our house insurance this year too. Will definitely do a search next year, but it still seemed reasonable this year. Good luck with the house

Pay day. Money in. Money out.Bit of back pay for DH was a nice surprise this month but squirrelled away. Regular OP of 28p went through. Yes that read 28p. Rounds it up to the nearest £5.Really stressy with the house move at the mo. I’m slightly past it and figure what will be will be. Never known a house move like it.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

No PB wins for us this month.Money earned up to £13.86 thanks to i-Say, prolific and a pcone survey.Money out - too much to mention for another house valuation and other house moving costs. Been three months now since we sold and likely to be at least 8 weeks till we potentially move.Beginning to reap rewards in the garden. Kids out picking sugar snap peas daily. But the one raddish and two strawberries yesterday wont keep the family fed. The kale also gets harvested daily.Got informed our energy supply prices will be increasing £15 a month due to them increasing costs. No point moving right now due to house move but must look at that when I can. £15 a month feels a lot!!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

You shamed me into switching SC. Given the house move situ and the time delay. So switch in progress.South_coast said:That is a lot - £180 a year!!!

Uh oh ... the nightmare English system caught up with you?debtfreeoneday said:I’m so past the house move at the moment. 🤯2023: the year I get to buy a car2 -
Don’t think I can blame this on the system!Just houses being sold with a massive issue and the agents and sellers not thinking it’s kinda important to tell the buyers. Leading to the buyers pulling out….Back to the drawing board and house searching again…🤯DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)
