Expensive weekend. DH got his phone fixed but broke down so hastily joined a breakdown company. Not ideal but he needed rescuing.Mortgage OPs will take a backseat for sure for the next few months whilst I rebuild our savings back up. Need to remember the bigger picture and think what we have achieved so far.Got the chance to get a greenhouse for free, will cost about £40 in fuel to collect and a few panes of glass need Replacing but I reckon it would be worth it in the long run for what we could do with it. Few surveys completed and money earned up to £26.08July.Money earned £26.08.July OP pot £83.90

Patiently waiting to hear about greenhouse measurements and hoping it will fit. Way too excited about it for my liking!!
sold an item today for £35. Chuffed with that but it’s gone straight in the living pot. Payday can’t come fast enough this month. Desperately trying to protect the OP pot in the hope I can OP it at the end of July.
Really close to payout on ips0s and check0ut smart and a few pound off payout on 1pollJuly.Money earned £62.13July OP pot £83.90

greenhouse is here - yay! We got it for free so super chuffed with that. Literally just asked on the facebook pages and a lovely soul said we could have it. I do need to buy a repair kit - nuts/bolts/glass clips for about £18 off am@zon but I’ve had a pcone survey pay out and i-Say reach payable so I’ve £8 towards that. Also really close with checkoutsmart To another £5 voucher so I’ll hang fire for that. Kit will only cost £5 then.I cleaned most of the frame down today. We need to replace about 6 panes of glass and buy some battening wood for it to stand on.Also decided to renovate our front garden over to a complete veg plot so lifted up all the slabs yesterday and sold those for £25. Need to measure for wood to build the planters so I think the OP pot might not make it to the mortgage this month. I figure in the long run the veg garden will be more cost effective. Scored a compost bin locally for £10 and got 15 pots, most of them teracotta for free this week.

July round up.
Money earned £224.78 ~ total 2020 to date £555.87
July OP pot £100.00 ~ total 2020 to date £2886.84
Mortgage balance - £68,031.51
Mortgage percentage left to pay 31%
Really chuffed with money earned this month but due to 2 unexpected costs that wiped out our easy to access savings, I’ve not made as much OPs as I would have liked. I’ve also kept some back this month as we have £250 to pay out on equipment / clothing for the kids for a sport they do. So really disappointed with just OPing £100 and I can’t tell you how annoying that £31.51 is that will get up into the next thousand bracket. I will get that cleared as soon as I can but I’m not expecting August to be another massive OP month as we need to buy the wood for the veggie garden.
What was good this month was the amount of free money from surveys, receipts and sales of ‘stuff’. We are still really low on petrol spends as well. Bring on August.
