Hello DFOD,
I've glimpsed through your diary for a while now, and after some serious calculations I am also aiming to be mortgage free by Dec 2023, so if it's OK with you I'll tag along and keep you company on your journeyI've just dipped below £60k this month and hoping to clear £15k a year for the next 4 years.

Still having issues with the bank. OPd 1p yesterday whilst they try to sort out a glitch which means I can’t OP the mortgage from the app. It’s the only payment that doesn’t show and the one I use the most!
Also had some cashback move to payable so OP £5.48 and daily savings pot up to £24. OPs for Jan stand at £290.22 and mortgage balance updated to 75,238.14.
Looking forward to a few months council tax payment free so I’ve got some extra pennies to OP.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Prem1um bonds chq paid in and OPd and with some small fleabay sales I sent £37.29 to the mortgage bringing January OP to £327.51.
Won’t manage much more apart from the regular OP that goes out with the mortgage so will get over £400 this month so pretty pleased with that.
Big news in that we ARE putting the house on the market. Few interesting properties come up so we are going to dip our toes and see if we can sell. We won’t move though unless we find the right property. Be so much easier in a way to sell and then rent but we wouldn’t get a mortgage at this level again and we would have to pay an early repayment charge so stuff that!
One child with a cold and cough means it’s looking like a quiet weekend for us.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Another fleabay sale and £4.98 OPd today, with the regular OP - that bring January to £425.32.
Daily £1 pot up to £27.
Quiet weekend ahead of washing and chilling, trying to kick the sore throats and sniffles we all seem to have.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Great OP for January. just playing around with the calculator on ours to see how much OP can make and when we can look to start making a significant dent. At the moment the TT and sales payments will suffice until were in a position to make bigger OP.0

Another week, more bugs! DD laid up today so another day and probably weekend recuperating. Glad to kinda see the back of January.
Money in the bank today and all divvied up. Made a final OP of £103.08 bringing January to £528.40 - really pleased with that for a start to 2020. A bit of not paying the council tax has contributed to that OP. Won't get anywhere near that this month, but I'll keep plodding on.
£1 a day saving pot up to £47.
It's a short month, so determined to save some pennies wherever I can, though it's a spendy month with the kids having to pay for this and that.
Mortgage figure today is £74,344.27.I'm going to aim for April payday to get that below £70k - I've work to do!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Email notification overload yesterday from here, worked out how to change it. Not sure on the new forum yet!
February OP's off with a £27.65 OP from rounding up in the account, a little bit of cashback and fleabay sales. Had 2 Pcone surveys in last two days after what seems like weeks without one. Need to try and be a bit more organised at checking Pr0filic, though up to £7.65 payable on there!
