  • Having a frustrating time with the bank at the mo and can't access my account online at all, looking like it might be another week. Needless to say I'm beyond annoyed and will move banks in the New Year if they don't get it sorted.

Can't make any OPs as I can't get into the bank, but do have one to make.

Christmas and birthday shopping done and finished. Just over 2 weeks until we go away... so it'll be quiet on here until 2020 then!

  • Got the bank access sorted finally but what hassle. My phone bill will be big next month. OP of £26.09 sent bringing November to £47.09. Feels pretty poor effort really. One more OP to go tomorrow.

  • Payday aka money shuffle day. We are only here for one week of December and then we move over to using holiday money so I’ve been able to boost the savings a bit this month and put aside money for kids subscriptions and clubs.

Final OP amount for November is £193.43 bringing 2019 OPs to £3841.45

Goes without saying my target for December has to be to smash £4000 for OPs for the year. Need to start thinking about 2020 and what we would like to achieve.

Last post from me for 2019. I've managed to cobble together some pennies and with our regular OP, we will OP £161.39 in December bringing OPs for 2019 to £4002.84.

Balance currently sitting at £76,230.28. I'm going to really stretch it and put our 2020 target at sub £60k.

We are planning to be so much more intentional with our spending in 2020. We need to replenish our savings, but focus will very much be on hitting the mortgage hard!

Have a lovely Christmas everyone, be back next year!
