I see what you mean, and i suppose it works both ways, I know i have to time it right to speak to and show Mrs SJ our account and spreadsheets otherwise i just get called a load of names!!!!MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......0 -
Ali - mine isn't pretty! But allows me to colour in, then type a date on the spreadsheet, and then reprint/replace every year or after DS2 takes it down to draw on!!MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......0

Good decision on the camping trip and excellent progress on the credit card!
I sometimes wonder where my husband would be financially if he'd never met me. I can totally imagine he'd still be renting with no savings. :rotfl: He's not extravagant, he just spends whatever money is in his pocket.Mortgage (Start Sep 2014)- £70,295/£0 - 100%

I've drawn one based on yours SJ so I can actually colour it in each month and it's now pinned to the fridge - we own the chimney and roof!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

I've considered it, and probably will shift as it does make sense. At the minute i'm just consolidating from our major banking upheaval in the New Year, and making sure my heads fully sure about having 6 current accounts!MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......0

Enjoying your diary and willing you on to CC freedom
. It's hard work balancing paying more off mortgage and the CCs - you are doing really well. I was in that place last year.
Will continue to follow your journey if I may, similar amount of mortgage to get rid of and am trying to increase the mortgage free years to increase retirement savings.
Going to nose at SJ's bricks too...I've got an excel sheet made into a very square house that I colour (or fill), something prettier would be nice
I've just noticed my response to this didn't post! Thank you for reading and you are more than welcome to follow me, I will go and find you as well!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

I started doing the application yesterday and stopped. You get £35 cashback for doing it from t0pcashback, but I wasn't sure if benefits automatically transferred and I just worry it will be a major headache even though they say not. I'll see if I can find the answer and if it automatically does that, I will transfer. as you say SJ, it does make senseDFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)
