Feeling antsy today, desperate for payday tomorrow so I can budget fiddle and sort out July.
In less antsy news, the mortgage is now £83,594.08.
Gorgeous day here, but I'm not feeling being out in it at all!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Been brave (or sensible) and cancelled tentative plans for Saturday so it's a no spend day. It wasn't something we were desperate to do and would have meant for a really long day.
It's pay day and I've done the divvying up between pots. Savings are up to £2600. I'm determined to have a lowish spend month.
July is the month I really want to get my head around MB. I keep reading the threads on here but it blows my mind, so if I keep reading, hopefully it will go in soon.
Clock watching until 7am when I can log on to the mortgage for an updated figure as it updates overnight and you can't log in until then!
With the shuffling around, an OP of £50.90 is going to the mortgage making June OPs £382.83.
I need to dig out our mortgage paperwork to double check the percentage we can OP each year without charge, it's either 10% or 5%.
In house news, one that we were watching to see if it was worth going back on the market for did sell at auction yesterday. Appreciate we are probably doing this in a backward way, but just don't see the point in selling unless there is something we like. Another two options in terms of area so might drive out to those on Sunday to see what we think.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Mortgage balance updated with June's payment and it is now £82,736.61. Hoping by September that will read £79k something. Will confirm total OPs for June tomorrow as need to check my manual OP has also gone through and my bank account obviously had a hard Saturday night as it hasn't updated!
Off to flicks today as a treat for the littlies. Hope weather is good for all, it's misty and overcast down here!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Great June OP's and a strong start to July. How did the 'drive-by' go? It's so stressful even just being on the market isn't it. Hopefully the right viewer and house will come along.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0

£4.04 from fleabay sales OP today bringing July to £67.97.
So decision made, we are staying put with the house and will spend a little here to make a few changes. First up is the garden which is fine in theory, but it's my little sanctuary and I would like to grow veg and split up the area in a few sections, so today is moving the water butts which is easier said than done it appears. DH just disappeared to get some important bit so we are taking a break. Lovely weather here today!
Busy day yesterday on 1 poll and nearly at £20 on there, ips0s also busy and I'm not far off payout again.
Updated the mortgage figure as of today to £82,643.62.
Off to a local RHS place tomorrow that we haven't seen, me and littlies can get in free so just DH to pay for and will book it online later as we get 10% off.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Another gorgeous day here. Loads done this morning with the littlies and off to sports soon.
Ransacked my wardrobe to find two pairs of 3/4 lengths I forgot about. Having finally got round to starting a health kick, I've lost 7lb so far. I've chucked out two items of clothing and have a pile to fleabay. Then I did DS tshirts and have another 6 or so to fleabay. Determined my wardrobe will look very different come the end of 2019!
Such a quiet month for OP, did a bit of TT in the account and made an OP of £1.71 bringing July to £69.68.
Should hear about last two PPI claims this month as the deadline for them to respond is near. Not expecting an outcome, but you never know!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)
