Am sure everything will work out for the best house wise. We wanted to move to have a bigger 3rd bedroom and for high school catchment. We had 9 viewers without an offer so stayed put, extended but spent less than we would have done moving and I can honestly say I love my house. It's not perfect but I can't imagine ever moving now.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0

I remember you going on the market, I'm sure from previous entries. We have had the discussion of making this house 'right'.. it may well be that's how we end up.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

So after waiting a week for the figure to update, I've realised it actually doesn't update in terms of interest on a daily basis, so I need to find the mortgage statement to get an idea and then clock the beginning and end figures of each month to work it out. Doh!
Now I've realised that, I've sent what OPs I've got built up totalling £34.72 for June so far.
Tax cred1ts renewal pack came, always a joy to complete. Glad to still be on them, though UC is looming and we are unlikely to get anything which is a pain. At that point I do need to be back working for sure..
Had a run of y0ug0v surveys this week, sitting at £38.15 for that, 1poll is being incredibly slow at about £16.15 and Pr0filic annoyingly sitting just below £20 - I just one outstanding survey to be approved and I can cashout on that for OP.
Washing off, it's so miserable here this morning, DH is out for the day, so I'm sure it will end up being a quiet one around the house for me and the littlies.
Need to find car 1nsurance quotes for the second car this weekend, renewal looming at the end of this month.
Happy Saturdays all!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Managed to get out in the garden this morning for a few hours and weeded and tidied up, few bags to go to the tip now. Another YG survey done.
Need to do a bit of home ed prep for the week, it's looking like a wet one this week.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Another wet start to the day, but fleabay sale overnight and a lower than expected mobile bill and £8.59 OP made bringing June to £43.31 so far. Aiming for £150 this month.
Day brightened up yesterday so a bit more weeding and pruning done last night.

Well Tax C's went in today at £370 more than expected, so assume it's the end of year tidy up but will hang fire on that before divvying up just to make sure it is ours!
Such a wet day but nice all the same ferrying the kids about to their activities today and catching up with friends..
£1 y0ug0v survey done so nearly at £40 for those and still waiting for pr0filic to hit that magic £20 so I can cash out. 1poll up to £16.55. Got a survey to do on ips0s tonight and still need to search for car insurance, but that won't happen tonight!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Got cashback of £8.87 which was OP today bringing June's OPs to £52.18.
Pr0filic still under the payout level just, driving me slowly crazy!
Drier here today, but we've just cracked on with loads of home ed stuff and made a huge mess in the process.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

£6.50 OP made today from money left over from mobile phone account bringing June to £58.68.
Pr0filic finally hit payout overnight so have requested that. Nect@r voucher also reached of £2.50 so requested that to the fleabay account for use at some point!

For someone who is supposed to be on the ball with budget, I am dropping balls lately.
Fortunately they are good ones. I budgeted for car 1nsurance this month having paid it in full last month of £15.62 put aside and not needed. OP made and therefore up to £74.30 for June.
Must MUST be better and pay closer attention to stuff!!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

I checked online re Tax C's last night and the additional payment is all ours it would seem so £125 OP made today, £200 for savings and the rest put towards brownie and cub camp payments.
OPs up to £199.30 which is past my target, but I hadn't counted on the additional TC payment so I'll revise the target to £275 for this month.
Sold something on marketplace last night for £5. Slowly but surely trying to declutter the house.
Raining again out there, but forecast says it will be brighter later hopefully. Busy day out and about, so hope it improves or else I'll be soggy by tonight..DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)
