Bit of a tidy in the bank account and the £6 from P1necone meant I could OP £7.12 bringing the OPs for June to £313.96.

That will probably be it for this week annoyingly. Busy few days coming up so have good weekends all x

Sold something on bookface today so managed a cheeky OP of £10 bringing June to £323.96.

Hoping DD is better today as they have something on. Weather is supposed to get wet wet wet later. Oh well, the sun was nice whilst it lasted!

Was just looking at the mortgage details and we own 61% of the house, on their valuation (we had it up for sale at £18k more than that.

Currently making a regular OP of £22.84 on mortgage pay day which takes 4 months off the term and saves £313 in interest. I'm thinking about whether I should slowly just increase that regular OP to see what we can manage given the OPs we are managing to make, though I'd be nervous about doing too much just in case. Any thoughts?

If you can fix it higher then I would say definitely. Maybe in stages so it's not so noticeable. Say look at what you've OP each month for the last 12 months, set a target from that and aim to get there permanently by Jan and then stagger it in steps between now and then. If any month feels like you've left yourself short, stay at that level dyswim

Either way an additional £22/day is still amazing. Can't wait to start OP post build.

Thank you PF, when you look at it daily, it feels a lot!

Fleabay item sold overnight so £1.50 OP sen today. June total is now £325.46.

Few 1poll surveys done and up to £17.95. £3.28 on pr0filic and 343 points on Ips0s.

Unplanned day at home due to sickness, so it's a duvet day!

Made £5 today on a sale, so £5 OP made bringing June to £330.46. Few surveys on 1poll, ips0s and Y0ugov. Good news as well in that some cashback has been confirmed that I didn't think would of £31.50 but need to wait for that to get to payable.

Few spends the last day or so which will hit the account and may impact on the emergency fund. I need payday to arrive!

£1.47 left over this month from food fund so OP made with June now at £331.93.

Cashback has tracked to payable but I’ve had to update my pp details so can’t get at it until early next week probably so it will be a July OP.

Money has effectively ran out this month but there should be no spends today or tomorrow. Saturday we could avoid spends if we really wanted to. Sunday should be no spends.
