only you define the problem in racist terms

scotland has the same population as Yorkshire but no-one in yorkshire expects to have total power in westminster.
of course they get less money that the racist scots too

    Scotland IS a country.

What's the point in griping....it will just be seen as yet another grievance......

Had it been the GE followed by the EU ref would people have felt it was too close together? It may seem irrelevant but if people are concentrating on making a decision about their own countries political leaders first & foremost it really only leaves 6/7 weeks to give thought to and research the ref. Not a lot of time for a huge decision to be made. I wonder why Cameron was insistent for June? Does anyone know why it had to be so soon?

I'd argue it's yet another vote showing how Scotland is powerless & if we vote differently to our neighbours in England it hammers home how increasingly divergent we are politically.

You voted the same England, to kick out labour.

1 conservative MP returned to Westminster means we did not vote the same. Nice try though :)

You're welcome to extend the party to other parts of the UK, maybe you can get 1 MP for England.

Not Yorkshire. Yorkshire isn't a country.

In the same way that scotland isn't a sovereign country.
And of course, you think the people of Yorkshire are second class citizens compared to the pure bread scots.
