No idea, there wasn't a figure for SNP viewers either.

scotland (or many of the people of scotland) are somewhat unique is equating the term with both social and political attitudes.
Every SNP statement will include Scotland numerous times whereas the average UK politician will use UK, England etc hardly at all.

So in the northern region any question about the BBC attitude to Scotland will encompass the general relevance and also political / independence issues.
Asking the same question in England will not include the political aspect.

But we know the SNP will continue to whinge until they have a strangle hold on the media after the referendum.

People were asked if the news was reflective of their day to day lives. Over half of Scots said no...The biggest criticism being that the news was too London centric.

However, as per my previous posts further up...

THIS is what really get's people annoyed and distrustful of the media in Scotland. It's not truthful, horribly slanted and every single media outlet jumps on stories like this without checking even the most basic of facts. Salmond ( even if you dislike him ) surely deserves and has the right to expect fair coverage from the media instead of the below headlines ? He had already been briefed on Cameron's statement. He's still an MSP and was in Holyrood for a FMQ's and a vote. If someone random on Twitter can point that out within 5 minutes, surely journalists can check too ?

I think it suits them better just not to bother and push a smear story instead. Sadly, so also do half of Scotland these days.

It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid ?

Is he there for every FMQ's?

What was he voting on? Don't the SNP have a majority in Hollyrood in any case?
If I don't reply to your post,
you're probably on my ignore list.

once again the SNP whinge as if no-else if every the subject of unfair comment.

I know no-one of any intelligence that thinks the media is fair and even handed.

One thinks of the days of spitting image and depiction of the Tories:
if that were today and applied to SNP, I bet the BBC building would be burnt down

Anyway, why does it matter, no SNP person every reads the vile English press.

I think he's tripping over his frothing at the mouth ... his hatred for the SNP and the Scottish people seems to know no bounds
