hi everyone, thanks for all your support guys, i'm doing ok at the mo, this is day 4 of not having a drink, and at the moment i'm managing to resist temptation, hope everyone is well

thanks lewt, i'll prob be online during the evening once the kids are in bed. i find the evenings are worse, especially since i split up with ex bf couple weeks ago. tonight for instance i very nearly opened a can, but so glad i didnt. just making myself a cup of tea now, before going to bed

i know i shoudn't, but yes i have. when i first split with my bf i was in such a state, and begged my dad to bring me some over, which he did and it was late at night, so i felt bad about making him walk out in the cold, but at the time i was so upset i didnt care. anyway the day after i bought some, and they are still there. if i'm really desperate i may have one or two over xmas, but no more. any left by new year i am giving to my dad, new year new start

what does everyone else on here find to do on an evening other than be on this site lol.
there nothing on tv, cant go out as i have son in bed, just feel lost and alone sometimes, dunno if that is splitting up with bf, or trying to live without alcohol
