I'm good thanks. Been on day off today & been a bit lazy really. OH is fitting a new kitchen (very money saving!) so I've had fitters measuring up for a granite top (oops not so much so  ) Wanted one for ages & after recent events though blow it :j (or words to that effect). Going on a MS later as have no oven/sink etc
How are things with you?Now thanks to Tommix & Queen Bear, now Lady Westy of Woodpecker0 -
Wow, a happy bunch today I see!! :T
Brodev....wow, how exciting! I hope everything goes smoothly for you!!
Feelingood...good news about the OT and the meetings...sounds like things are going from good to even better!
Maria....Hi hun. The funeral was an experience to say the least! It was the huge biker funeral that some people may have seen on the news, for Gerry Tobin (murdered on the M40 last month). It was very moving and I shed a few tears....but it was good to be able to support other people and be usefull.

We originally had a cheap & nasty lino down, and eventually when funds let us, covered it up!! Now we are going to tile it, but as we took the lino up it's left an horrendous smelly adhesive behind stuck to the concrete (13 yrs later mind) which is really hard to scrape off!!
Impressed you found some where peaceful where you are !
Just been on our MS though which proved very good & provided us with a free tea, so carn't be bad. :jNow thanks to Tommix & Queen Bear, now Lady Westy of Woodpecker0 -

annapantscats, i saw the piccies of the funeral in a sunday paper, and thought of you, so glad it all went off ok.
and brodev! by the time you are reading this, you will be in sunny portugal. its great when a plan comes together, as it seems to have done for you, so, sit back and enjoy the rewards of all your hard work.
westy, had to smile at the vision i had of you, on your knees, scraper in hand.....sounds just like the sort of thing i would get roped into. whats your local MS though? might be being thick here, but i couldnt work it out
and maria, these long walks with your lovely pup are making me feel so lazy. the last few nights, all Dylan has had is a swift 10 minutes down the park, apart from sunday, a stroll on the beach, daring himself to paddle in the waves. not like he was a couple of years back though, we never used to be able to get him out of the water. poor little man is feeling old, methinks
had a problem with electrics for the last week, have had to go to friends house for our showers, which has been a real pita, not cooking tea til 9 o clock at night, but thankfully its all sorted now, so its business as normal in the purr household now.
((((hugs)))) all, - lurkers includedxx

Well I have been a bit useless today.
Woke up feeling exhausted, headachy and sniffly so have flopped about in my snuggly dressing gown (sexy!!) and just had a 3 hour sleep that was only meant to be a 1/2 hour nap! No doubt I shall have trouble sleeping tonight now. I did get some Ebaying and random paperwork done though, so it wasnt a totally wasted day.
Is it me or is winter here? Brrrrrrrrr.....its freezing!2008 gig list... Nickelback + Staind (OMG...Staind ROCKED!!), Roger Waters, Infadels, Pendulum, The Police, K T Tunstall, Breed 77, Biffy Clyro....oh, and Motorhead0 -
