    Morning everyone,

Gonna dash round the kitchen and dining room now before the sprogs get too hectic. Off to gym after breakfast, and then probably going to visit Mum after that. No flying done over the weekend as we visited friends.

Right, better get that dining table clean!

    Morning all

Not really started yet, no point in trying to do kitchen before DH goes to work. But I've got a load of washing out on the line - it's a lovely day - and I've fed the pets and done some washing up.

Will be back later when I've actually done something!
  • Back in this week, and i AM going to stick to it this week. house isn't too bad coz i've been keeping on top of my dailies but just lost interest in the flying .

Morning all!! I desperately need to get back into the swing of flylady, otherwise by the end of the summer hols I will be drowning in housework!

So, today I will go for level one and hopefully two. Plus I will do the small appliances.

I can't do the dining room table (that is a challenge in itself) but I will do the kitchen table instead.

    Level One
    Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces
    Level Two

    Clean floors
Clean cupboard door fronts and the front of appliances
Sort fridge bringing what needs using soon to the front
Wipe dining table (clean table cloth if necessary)

Hope you all have a good day xx

How stupid am I, closed the page after I typed a message instead of clicking to post, bah just shows how awake I am. My kids decided 4.45am was a great time to get up this morning, not my idea of fun when I got to bed after 2am but hey ho. 2 coffees later I am starting to wake up, a bit.

Good evening/afternoon Denise ( I can never remember what time you're on over there), good morning everyone else :D

Not much done so far, dogs been out & fed, kids dressed & fed (Ds2 wanted to go call for his friends to play at 5am, erm no!) 2 loads washing done, need to get it hung out as it's nice here also. Both DSs like rubber balls bouncing around this morning so think the beach may be a great idea even if it limits cleaning time. DP going to build DS2s football goals with him in a mo, at long bloomin' last he got them for Christmas, maybe he's making an effort after all! He's on about going back to the gym, I am pleased as since he hurt his ankle 4 months ago he hasn't been and it's costing me £16 a month for nothing, but have suggested maybe he walks further than to the end of the garden, the table from the chair to go on the internet or to the car first or he'll kill himself when he goes back. I think the furthest he's walked for ages was about a mile at the airshow yesterday  and boy did we know it as he complained about it constantly (ok he's in pain but he just repeated it over and over again as if it was going to make me go home  )

Started the war on the kitchen a little, flinging cutlery well past it's use by, all the handles are falling apart on what pieces are left, I'd bought new but my hording instinct means I kept them :o

Right, coffee time again, see if I can awake myself a little more.
One day I might be more organised...........

Morning All, hope everyone is well.

Well after well and truly falling off the flywagon with a thud, I am attempting to claw my way back on this week. I do have a bit of a headstart as DH did some last night before bed:smileyhea but I will try to fit in as much as possible before noon (when I have to work) without neglecting the children.

I must avoid the computer so I don't get distracted!!!:p

Darn! just lost huge post about how optimistic I feel (and how un optimistic I would feel by Thurs!).

Manic Monday - Kitchen and Dining Room
    Level One

    Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces
    Level Two
    Clean floors
Clean cupboard door fronts and the front of appliances
Sort fridge bringing what needs using soon to the front
Wipe dining table (clean table cloth if necessary) wish I could find it!
    Level Three
Dust any extra furniture in dining room, checking for cobwebs on way round extra furniture includes extra cooker and a load of stuff from MIL' house - nothing happening there today.
Wipe window sills, clean any marks off windows if required
Wash the washer drawer out if it's gunky
    Extra Mission:
    Choose one or more of:
    • Clean inside of fridge
    • Clean outside of small appliances, even if it's only one you get done
    • Clean OVEN yes I know you all hate that one :p wonder how many choose it
    • Sort any one kitchen/dining room storage area, drawer, cupboard or a shelf
    Also need to :

Write cards and post pics to at least four relatives
Get at least ten items on ebay
    Change bedding/towels/washing up sponges
Clean out wheelie bin (collection day here)
    Half hour in garden
One hour ironing (will make very small dent!)
    Call Salvation Army re furniture
    Call Council re furniture

I will not be able to do anything in Dining Room as it is full of furniture, which means I have more time to do stuff elsewhere (in theory). DS is calling must go
    Always another chapter

    Hi All

After a very stressful few weeks I'm back with you all. Although school hols means it probably won't stay tidy for long - mind you I've got to get it tidy first:o.

We're going to visit my niece and her baby today so jobs will probably have to wait until later. I'm hoping to do at least Level 1 but that's a day's job in itself I think!

Joined the grocery challenge and must try to mealplan as one of the problems I've had is I'm having a £650/month drop in my wages!

I'll catch up with you all later - hope everyone's okay and hugs to anyone who needs them.
