Sorry for your loss knitwitch sending you a wee hug
  • So sorry to hear about your mum, Knitwitch. It does make you think about things differently, doesn't it.

Sorry for your loss, Knitwitch. That ones a biggie so take care of yourself.

I have done my 18 items for the weekend and today. :T. Some wooden skewers from the kitchen drawer, 2 pastry brushes I hate (I still have another two - four pastry brushes???), some random carp from a desk drawer - pens, a rather large screw (ooh err :D), a very old key ring.

In desk drawer I also found a whole bunch of receipts for electronics we no longer have and some operating instructions for said electronics.

I have also found some of OHs old work diaries, so I am going to gather them all and present them to him for "dealing with"

Today is a day for a bit of work but s lot of tidying and gathering. Don't know why I am so ridiculously pleased to be tidying.

    Keep going lovely people..
I wanna be in the room where it happens
  • Morning all
My deepest condolences knit witch. Take all the me time you need and look after yourself. Each day as it comes is the best advice I can offer. HUGS

Finally got rid of two old spare doors they've been under the drive "just in case" for over five years!
Kondoed the medicine box over the weekend five year old anti dioreah (sp) tablets anyone? And other old or just empty tubes and bottles. All safely disposed of.
DS1 was fuming over the weekend he had his phone stolen, he'd had his other one for ever with a cracked screen and DH kept telling him to fix it but he got a used/ refurbed one off eBay only had it about a month and someone had it when he went out with friends. He is NOT a happy bunny.
Hopefully karma will deal with the taker appropriately.
Got the house to myself now everyone's left for school/ work, so better make a start.
Need to crack on with cross stitch and knitting so that can be decluttered off the table, I did buy some more wool at the weekend but I want to make a blanket for the lovely person I work with who's expecting.

    Have a joyful day all
