MK says to nest them inside each other with the handles hanging out. Ive just tried that with my bags and ended up using two big bags with others nested inside.
Loads of my bags had old receipts and stuff in them from years ago. I was hoping to find £££s but sadly not, mind you I dont think I will be needing to buy any more tissues or tampons for several years!0 -
One half of bathroom cupboard done - and 4 towels put aside for fr**cycle. Going to offer them for pet towels - they are OK but past their best. One is a humongous ( bigger than M&S ones) bath sheet which was always a pain to fold and the smallest is a hand towel that brother used when he went away with cubs ( he is 46 now and hasnt lived in this country for over 30 years!!) I think I hung onto it because I remember our mum sewing his name tape on it ( still on it
) and it always came back form camp bone dry- never used:rotfl: Anyway it has been well used since but once I thought about why I had it it was easily put on the 'goodbye' pile - how odd!
Other half of cupboard will be tackled once energy levels upped a bit - still shaking off effects of a virus. Cupboard is a large walk in affair which is not a good idea if you hang on to stuff...........:(Be the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi

Hi all,
Quick q. Does the depth of your drawers matter when folding? Mine are very shallow. Would I just fold a second (third??) time?
Thanks.0 -

It didn't happen, I got upstairs and felt so miserable about the state of my room I have to be honest and say I gave up.
I know it works - I have done my clothes and my room at work. I am known as a bit of a Monica at work, but I think my room is a whole big Monica cupboard!
I have a week off soon and it will be done then, when I don't worry so much about running out of time and having no where to sleep.
I am deeply envious of your Kondoing ladies XXXNevertheless she persisted.0 -

Dont worry its not a race......you will get there...... I wanted mine done asap. Im retired, but have loads of interests and things I want to do. So didnt want to be bogged down with stuff any longer than I have to.
I have a dining room I piled everything from my kitchen in there. I only put back what I wanted. When I did my bedroom I had stuff everywhere in there. I tired more quickly and it took longer to have the room
functional again.
That couldnt and wouldnt work for everyone but I definitely prefered to clear everything out first.”Pour yourself a drink, (tea for me now)
