I CANNOT believe how many clothes and accessories I have accumulated. This will take me a week just to sort through. Meh. :o

:rotfl:Hmm. I seem to remember someone saying that kondoing would, possibly, only take 2-3 weeks. Was that you, Quasar?

I have got a hoard too - loads of stuff bought, with good intentions, over many, many years, which has suddenly turned into carp!

LOL yes it was :p. But that's because I, enthusiastically, thought I could get rid of most of my stuff. Fact is, every single item of clothing "sparks joy". Ok, a few don't, but they're a tiny minority. Dear or dear. :o

Still busy here.......although I've had to slow things down this week.

Today I picked up several gas of clothes and personal effexts belonging to my mother, so will have to go through them all in the next couple of days.

I have to go theough everything, pockets bags etx because I know she is missing a ruby and diamond ring. She has dementia and I have been finding jewellery all over the house, so e of it was hidden in a gravy boat, some at the back of the "drAwer of many things", in iplant pits and vases. I Know about the ruby ring because she has asked me to find it, so I have no idea what ielse is lurking around.

    Then there is the paperwork.......

Just going to tackle one box at a time......

Never mind. Don't forget, this process will be changing our thinking and mind-set too... some minds may be slower than others! :rotfl:

By the time you get part-way through, you may find yourself returning to a previous kondo, for a second sweep.

A big drop off yesterday at the CS BHF. I have now started on another - albeit - smaller bag for any other oddments that can go. One big jumper is in there already.

I have put some bras to one side for the time being and they will get sent off to Nowzad for the dogs! Get a few together and I can get those sent as I will have to pay postage (which I don't mind because it's all in a worthy cause).

Debating about a big Next dressing gown that I have had 20 odd years. Shall I sharn't I? Tiss the dilemma! :D

Just don't feel like spending now :T
