Do people still want videos does anyone know? We have lots
I'm starting to think about which bits of furniture could go :)

Do you know anyone with an allotment or do you have a local Horticulture Club? Some people use them to prevent animals/birds getting to their fruit & veg.

Or if your children are still at school, you could ask if they would like them for art or crafts?

I have started on my towels. I found a single duvet set hidden underneath so that's gone straight in a bag for the Charity Shop. I'm really wavering though as I seem to have a lot of really nice bath towels - but obviously don't need them! I shall have to ask a few friends that have children off to Uni later in the year.

It seemed so much easier doing the clothes!

I'm finding having my clothes in plain view is making me less anxious about acquiring more, that I can appreciate that I am already incredibly well-supplied and don't need to go yearning after more Stuff.

Yes, I think owning less clothes makes you really look at what you have and then you can decide if there is something you really need to buy. :)

I have a long, stretchy black skirt but I would prefer a more tailored neater one as well as I wear it a lot and it goes with a lot of the tops I have. There's no rush to buy one though but it helps that if I see one like that I can buy it and I will use it joyfully.:D

I ordered the book from the library as I think £6 is a waste of money but since I can't wait for the book I YouTubed and there are loads of videos on for organising your home, all doing the same as kondoing.

I must say my knicker drawer does now make me smile so that's good. I am trying to do a drawer or cupboard each day or every other day so today will be pj's. yesterday was the food larder.

my daughter made me laugh when she said ' what have u done with my mum. you've replaced her with a neat freak.' then asked me help her do under her sink.

its suprising how much kondoing makes you feel good about yourself.

Could get rid of your videos on Fr@@cycle.I found some takers on there

I've tried getting rid of some recently and couldn't find any takers. I posted in two local groups and reposted and reposted again without any luck so they finally went out with the rubbish, as much as I hated to do that.

With children's videos I did donate them to the CS but without knowing whether they will just have to throw them out too!

I have been lurking on this thread since the beginning but not posted.

I am seriously getting into kondoing but 'off piste' shall we say :D

So far I have:

range rolled my knickers, socks, duvet covers, towels, dog blankets and tea towels.

kondoed my tops, PJs, bras, jeans, leggings, trackie bottoms, random carp drawer, dog's drawer, stationary, craft drawer, scarfs, shoes/boots, CDs and books.

samosed pooh bags, carriers and parcel bags.

I still have the rest of my clothes to go and I need to do the upstairs bedroom. After mastering the nack of folding a fitted sheet, my DD wants me to go round her house and start there!

I found this about old tapes. It might not be a good idea to send them to school.

Hi everyone, another lurker who has decided to take the plunge!

We are a family of 6 and the clothes piles are huge, so yesterday I arranged for a clothes collection to come on Fri who will pay me 60p a kilo and I reckon I'll get about £30 from the black bags of unwanted clothes I've found.

My airing cupboard has half the towels left in and I'm taking the unloved ones to our local RSCPA who want them.

I've bags of rags type clothing to offer to the sally army for selling on for whatever they do with rags, but am stumped what to do with some quilted mattress protectors- I've at least 3 single ones...any ideas??

All remaining towels are rolled and stacked . I keep opening the door to show the others!!!
A few more clothes to scoop up today and then its on to the next project. So much fun!:)

Mattress covers - do you have local freegle/freecycle? I can imagine that people with children might be really glad of these.
