I eventually made it to the kitchen! It now looks all sparkly on the outside if not the inside...baby steps! OH did notice and commented on how tidy it looked. I have a long to do list (though much is crossed out for today) as I find it helps me to focus on what needs doing before I crash in a heap. I've been following the threads for a while knowing we would be moving and trying to get a feel for how to do things without it taking away a whole day on a weekend! I'm doing reasonably well at keeping on top of the cleaning so far...but we've lived here 3 weeks and I've been on holiday for 2. Back at school today so it could all go to pot! But hopefully if I keep on popping in here I'll stay on top of it!

Evening all,
I crammed in a hhc after work. Off list, I just did what I could see. Kitchen and dining room stuff, but party related, and haven't had time for floors tonight.
Actually going to wfh tomorrow as I *think* I have my follow up hospital appointment. They gave me the time over the phone but I never received the appointment letter. So I'll call in the morning to double check.
No one else in the team will be in my office anyway.
Kids didn't finish dinner so when they asked (10 min before bed) for food, I gave their plates back. Neither were impressed, it wasn't eaten but a point was made. MIL thinks I'm mean
DD was in a foul mood. Warned to stay in bed as the bad mood is because she is tired from getting up 5 times.
Just talking holidays with MIL, 13 weeks to go!Bossymoo

I'm sure you'll have less waste as you get used to Mr N's current diet. I'll message you later and set a date to get together x
Thanks.
I've just blanched the aubergines for freezing!Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.0 -
Sorry haven't read properly I am so tired! Work was manic, then I spent an hour on the second job, walked the dog, made tea, went to my exercise class, gave the kitchen worktops and floor a good going over and that's it I am done! I should have done some more paperwork but just can't be bothered. Good night's sleep and I will be ready for tomorrow's challenge.0
