You still don't seem to be "getting it" that a current account pays better than a savings account and to cap it all, the current account has far better options for accessing your money than a savings account.
If you want instant access then you can't get any better than a current account.
But the decision is yours, we can only suggest ideas and you are the only one who can decide what meets your needs.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -
Well I understand that a current A/C Is better but a savings A/C Will do me so i can store some money and get it out when ever I want... Etc0

I'd post my thoughts, but my head won't stand up to the brick wall......

An example for the OP (being as they seem to buy a lot of computer games according to an earlier post)......and to cap it all, the current account has far better options for accessing your money than a savings account.
See an item in Game (or some other toyshop) priced at £21.99
Current account...pay by debit card...£21.99 leaves the 'savings' account.
Savings account...withdraw £30 via cashcard, hand over £30, get £8.01 back, squander said £8.01 on something else.
Anyway, how's the search going OP? Decided anything yet? If you haven't, then Halifax, BoS, Lloyds, Coventry, Nationwide, Santander, Smile, Co-op, Darlington BS, & Ulster might be worth a look, being as they all have savings accounts with a cashcard and online access.0 -
And some banks allow you to change the name of their current account to something more suitable. Maybe "Savings account" would do the trick.0

The more people who pro-actively choose poor interest rates, the longer half-decent rates will be available for those who look after their finances.
The OP is to be applauded for subsidising others.0 -

Or "Cravings Account"......:)0 -
I think I have decided to go for the TSB Classic plus A/C With 5% interest rates (Will use that A/C For wages/DD/car insurance/Petrol for car/Rent to parents living at home/other expenses) Will keep A/C Under £2000 and enough in it for all bills Etc. Also Might open Barclays Current A/C will put rest of my money in it (Will used it for Ebay/Amazon/Nights out/Holidays/PS4 Games etc) & Add Tech pack (For iPhone 6/iPad 4/Macbook Pro etc) & Travel plus Pack (Might be going on holiday to New York this year & It has good break down cover) & Add Barclays Regular saver with cash card so I can save £100 each month (So I can use it in the future for buying a car or moving out etc) and will have easy Access to it. That's what I would like to do. So thanks for all the help and advice guys

That's better, well done ;-)
If you are quick, you might still be able to swing 2 TSB Plus accounts in your own name - that would save you from needing a Barclays acct, and pays you 5% AER. They definitely won't allow this from the end of the month and shouldn't really now, but people seem to still manage to get two.0
