Have we actually established that the payment has debited his account twice or have the funds just been earmarked twice? If it's the latter kfc don't even have the money.
OP, could you confirm what's showing on your bank statement please?Getting married 02.08.14
Wins for the wedding: membership for a 'wedsite' and app, £35 gift voucher for party supplies shop, £50 worth of hand painted signs, 1kg of heart shaped marshmallows :money:0 -
So the card payment was a voluntary donation? Do you think they intended to make the payment twice?
TBeckett (not the OP) made a payment to their Amex card at the same time their DD was being processed. It resulted in 2 payments being made towards the same bill. It has now been sorted out by Amex so i can't see what point you're making ?
This issue has nothing to do with the OP's KFC issue.0 -

So you're basically saying KFC haven't stolen the op's money. Instead the op has stolen our time.0 -
KFC are terrible!
Last year I called in on the way home from work to get a bucket to feed FIVE people, and when I got home it only had FOUR pieces of chicken in it instead of TEN.
So I called and moaned and complained, and they only gave me a code for an entire replacement meal to use whenever I want! I vowed never to go there again and I've only been about twenty more times since.Out on blue six..

Actually your time wasn't stolen - it was freely given. (You didn't HAVE to read or reply to this thread after all).0
