The second payment, which was taken in error, was taken by DD. Re-read the posts.

The second payment (DD) wasn't taken in error, the first payment of £3k was made too late to prevent the DD being claimed so the DD claim was correct. DD payments are usually in the system to be claimed about a week before they are actually due so any additional payments made in that time won't stop the DD being claimed.

The point I was making is that £4 is modest and these things happen. I am not jumping up and down over 3k and a quick call sorted it out. OP is relying on foreign owned franchises giving a toss about Facebook posts.

You lost a couple of quid after a night out. A fraction of the amount you must have spent the night you got arrested. Get a sense of proportion.
