The second payment (DD) wasn't taken in error, the first payment of £3k was made too late to prevent the DD being claimed so the DD claim was correct. DD payments are usually in the system to be claimed about a week before they are actually due so any additional payments made in that time won't stop the DD being claimed.0

The point I was making is that £4 is modest and these things happen. I am not jumping up and down over 3k and a quick call sorted it out. OP is relying on foreign owned franchises giving a toss about Facebook posts.0
