Rachy I agree it could be either. Fx for you but I also agree leave it a few days. Don't forget your fertile time is c.14 days after your AF if you have a 28 day cycle do into being up for DTD immediately pre/post isn't too big a problem.
Angel I still have hope - you're not out until AF arrives
Xx
The problem is that I've never had a normal cycle in years so I don't know what mine are like. My last period (withdrawal) was on 3 Jan so it does tie in with a due date of AF 28 days later. I am kind of expecting it to come overnight as it usually did come on the weekend when on the pill. The fact that pill periods are not real ones has me all confused though.
I'm totally new to this game0 -
Now CD4, AF started exactly 14 days after my ovulation sticks were positive so I'm glad my body seems to be doing what it is supposed to. Slightly concerned about being off on honeymoon to Zika Zone as this is the first month that we were going to start trying. At least we get to go away for a bit!
Hope everyone is doing okCurrent debt: M&S £0(£2K) , Tesco £0 (£1.5K), Car loan 6K (paid off!) Barclaycard £1.5K (interest free for 18 months)0 -
Hi everyone, thought i'd pop on here as we are trying for our first baby and i've joined the crazy world where I second guess every move my body is making as a sign of pregnancy!! My mum took 13 years to have me, and so I carry a bit of baggage and fear that its not going to be easy. Ive tried to be all relaxed about it and let nature do its thing but I can't help look up pregnancy signs! Or feel guilty about that baileys i had last night, just in case.
I downloaded the ovia app which has been quite fun. I didn't ovulate when it said I did but its still a good rough guide.
Good luck to everyone, I need to learn the abbreviations but baby dust sounds good!0 -

Welcome Vix, hope you're not here too long.
JoJo that's rubbish, sod's law
South such a hard decision, have you looked at the latest travel advice? http://travelhealthpro.org.uk/zika-virus-update-and-advice-for-travellers-including-pregnant-women/ The whole zika thing is so scary, I really feel for the poor women living in areas affected.
AF due yesterday, but still not arrived, teasing me no doubt. I had a bit of a meltdown yesterday after the bfn. Felt a bit more positive today, but then found out that hubbys friends are pg, they've been ttc roughly the same amount of time as us & she's 12 weeks already:(:(

It's awful isn't it! I'm planning to read a bit more about things but I'm inclined to agree with you. I work in maternity and if it was one of my patients I'd be telling them to wait.QUOTE=angel11;70032712]Welcome Vix, hope you're not here too long.

Thanks for the link! It's a devastating condition that is spreading so quickly. Hopefully a vaccine can be developed. Also interesting that it is possible it can be transmitted through sperm. I'll be keeping a close eye on what the local medical teams think when we're away.

fx for you angel
AF due tomorrow. She's had cramps for full week now. Hoping it's a good sign bit can never tell.
It wouldn't be so bad if it was just 'AF', 'try', 'wait', 'AF' again.
It's the fact that every time it comes up to AF there's always something different that makes us think "could be this time". Some different symptom, or late AF. We've not had a single month where we've thought "nah it definitely hasn't happened".
makes it all the more disappointing when it hasn't.Mortgage remaining: £42,260 of £77,000 (2.59% til 03/18 - 2.09% til 03/23)

Hi all
Cats yay for the +very!
Angel and Freddie fingers crossed for you both
I took all your suggestions on board about thyroid and spoke to my gp. Apparently it was tested in Sept when they tested me for pcos and it was normal level. My gp has prescribed me with aspirin as it apparently can help ovulation. So fingers crossed it does. Day 13 and lines on ov test but nothing +ve yet0
