This is why I love you ladies! I feel so much more relaxed about it now!
Hope you have a lovely time Snapping
Cuilean I think I'll give the Conceive Plus a go, plus it's cheaper!:money:

Congrats those who have had their BFP. Wishing you a healthy 9 months.
Lulu if you are concerned see your GP. If nothing else they can put your mind at rest.
CD10 for me. Not likely to be a good month BDing wise as our work schedules are mad at the moment which means we are struggling to find time to eat properly let alone anything else!0 -
I am being naughty - I never had a clear reading on cheapie OPKs and got so stressed doctors gave me blood tests as I was convinced I wasn't ovulating. Turns out I was!
So this month I was not MSE (shameful!) and bought the clearblue ones - today is high fertility!! My hubby will not know what has hit him...:rotfl:0 -
Just popping my head in to say thanks for all the good wishes and also because I've seen conceive plus mentioned a couple of times. We used that because I hadn't seen any EWCM since the start of the year, obviously I have no idea if it helped but it didn't hinder. I only got a little tube, very inexpensive on Amazon and no applicators
I would also second Cuilean's devil's advocate about norithisterone, I used it a couple of times (latest being 2hrs ago) and it took a couple of months or more before my cycle became anything like regular again.0 -
Can someone help me out with the cheapie Amazon OPKs? I've only used Clearblue digital.
I've only done two, they have the control marker and where the other mark is supposed to be is totally blank. I'm guessing that's what the Clearblue digital would've regarded as low fertility, as there's absolutely no presence of LH. As I get closer to OV, does there begin to be a slight appearance and a gradual darkening? And of course the darkest one indicates OV, right?0 -

That's what I'm going with! I've done 2 - one showed nothing (low fertility) and one showed a pale purple line, which is the start of me ovulating from my other OV symptoms.0 -
Yep, that's how I read it. When there's a surge, it'll be a quite obvious second line there. I was surprised at how clear it was.© Cuilean 2005. Any connection between your reality and mine is purely coincidental.0

Morning (or afternoon actually) all. Been reading but not had much time to post. Congrats to all the BFPs! Great to see some more on here.
Not much to report, CD12 today so will start doing OPKs. I think I had some EWCM today, so I think I might be OV a little earlier this month. Annoyingly cant BD today, but can from tomorrow on wards. Managed a quickie on Sunday, so all is not lost I hope.
I never got on with the cheapie OPKs alone, but then once I got a nearly positive (never saw a true positive on my ones), I backed this up with the clearblue which made things much clearer. Have just ordered another load the other day which should be here as I am running out of both.0 -
Who likes a good freebie? I've just spotted this offer on HUKD - free pack of Pregnacare vitamins for the first 1000 entrants. Just answer 3 questions ("Is this your first pregnancy?", "Have you taken pregnancy vitamins before?" etc, nothing too taxing) and they'll send you a free pack of Pregnacare for when you get your BFP. Worth a go?

Thanks for that Cuilean. Have applied, so will see what happens :T.
I'm about 12DPO now and sitting here preparing for the worst and hoping for the best!
I only have CB tests in the house so won't be tempted to test at all until AF is due, which could be Thursday or Friday. My back is still quite sore, so I'm a little tempted to go to the Dr and let them do a test there to rule out pregnancy before they treat my back, but then on the other hand, I don't want the public humiliation/disappointment of getting a BFN in the Dr's office, IYKWIM.
Will continue to distract myself, but I have a sinking feeling I'm out this month, despite doing everything we should have at the right times and using Yes Baby this month (like Conceive Plus/Preseed, but organic/natural).0
