FF has finally put the crosshairs in for me, so I'm allegedly 3DPO.

That means AF should be due a week on Tuesday, so I can relax till then - the past three weeks trying to predict/spot ovulation has been horrendous! One of my friends has promised to try mindfulness with me, try and stop myself actually going insane with this fertility business. Bring on the deep breathing!

Mindfulness was something I used to snort at, but my friend lent me this book http://goo.gl/vdUHbF (Ignore the reference to depression - as one reviewer put it, they'd be better off calling it "How to deal with the cr*p life throws at you") and while I didn't read the book, the CD with the mindfulness exercises was amazing for a beginner, and just took my mind elsewhere. You will never look at your toes in the same way again :laugh:

Can I be updated to CD2 please - no BFP this month so it's on to cycle 3.

Sorry I've been a bit quiet but I decided to avoid this thread and Dr Google during the 2ww and it really did help with my stress. I'm still disappointed though as we DTD every other night during my fertile window.

I've got a lot of reading to catch up on which I'll hopefully do over the weekend,
