    Morning all.
I've gradually been decluttering my flat over past few years, but really have knuckled down on culling the clutter I the past 6 months.
In the past week and a half I've taken a carrier bag of assorted clothing and odds and sods to cs.
Wed this week I took a bag of comics that I'd not read for a while and had been lurking in the wardrobe to the cs.
I hopefully have finished sorting and culling paperwork and just need to sort out the storage for paperwork.
Although I've cleared pretty much the worst of the clutter, their is bound to be more to do along with trying to sort out adequate storage.

Haven't been I here for a while but have been clearing stuff out via the kondo method so have joined that thread as well.

    Loads has gone
Sold 11 books on ziffit and made £12.
Over 150 DVDs that were duplicated on various shelves and cupboards in the house ( just shows how big my DH DVD collection is!!!!)
Four bags of stuff and a box of books went to the Cs last weekend
Carrier bag full of out of date colouring seasonings and flavouring etc went in the bin from the spice racks and kitchen cupboards this morning
4 bags of shredding paper went into the recycling this morning after I culled a load of governors paperwork.
Dh bought me new make up brushes for my birthday so the old ones are in the bin.

Welcome to all the new declutterers, it's quite liberating ones you get going.

1 - 2. Items of clothing returned to shop
    3 - 4. Photographs sold and posted
    5. Tetrapak cartons to recycling point
    6. Necklace to charity shop (along with two bags of stuff donated by my sister who is preparing to move house)

I've been on holiday for 10 days and sales have been very slow on Ebay, so not much has left the house so far this month. I also managed to break a finger, so have been slowed down by that. Garden has also gone feral while I've been away, need to attack the weeds that have sprung up, waiting for a sunny day first.

    In

    Sandals
4 tops and pair of pyjamas (bought in sale)
    Lovely picture bought on holiday
2 books and 1 postcard bought on holiday
Frame bought to put picture in, but then realised both the picture and the frame have a mount and they don't match, so need to exchange the frame.
Went to a talk by an author and bought a book to get it signed :)

I haven't posted here for ages.I'm getting loads done, little by little.I just haven't had the time to post.
    I'll try and do better.
I need to try and concentrate on one area at a time. There's so much to be done that I get distracted, start something and don't finish it before moving onto something else. :o

Decluttering is gong slowly at the moment. Yesterday I went through my collection of handbags. 2 have been binned since they were broken, don't know why I kept them in the first place. 1 handbag will be given to the CS.

A cardboard box was dropped off at Mr T's recycling station today.
No toiletries challenge, started 18/1/2010 - Putting £1 in my savings jar for every item that I use up. Pot 1 to 4 = £261. Pot 5=£23
