  • My grand total is now £64 - oops :)

I have contacted my energy supplier though to ask for a refund of £100 as I am over £200 in credit, and from looking at past figures this should still be in credit after the winter months.

They have said 15 working days, so may not be in time for this challenge but will make a good start to next months :)

Really must stop all the reading on here, and actually go and try earn something :)

  • Hi Everyone,

I haven't been on for awhile as everybody in my household has been struck with the plague!!! Not great as it's meant no Ebay listing etc has been done, just had less time in general.

Luckily I HAVE HIT MY TARGET!!! I cashed our 33p from Qmee, £3 from MySurvey, I won £6.90 on Euromillions and deducting £2 for the ticket cost then that's £4.90 profit and finally my payment for my extra work I did before Xmas has come through...£300! YAY!

I am struggling a bit having any money in general to spend day to day on food at the moment and have found some gems in the reduced sections...some of my best I'll share were a box of my baby's formula milk (an item that I buy every 5 days or so which costs £8.50 and IS NEVER DISCOUNTED) which had the plastic tab on the front broken was reduced to £4.50..complete bargain! It was completely intact in its foil inside so totally safe. I also got a big Victoria sponge cake last night (went on a bargain hunt) at the bakery reduced to £1 to have for my step-son's belated birthday tea tonight so pretty pleased with my finds.

I'm also still plugging away at surveys...halway to cashing out on Yoursaypays and Pureprofile and Pinecone, only a quarter of the way on OnePoll, all others are slow going... any recommendations for good survey sites for plentiful surveys/low cash out limits from anyone??
