  • Hi All

Trying to get ahead of myself for next month. I've got a gold gate bracelet that inherited a couple of years ago. It's not something I would wear so I plan on selling it. It's not broken but I'm nervous selling it on eBay - I imagine it's got the potential of attracting "dodgy" buyers (I hate selling electronics on eBay for the same reason) . Am I worrying unnecessarily? Alternatively what are those scrap gold places like and would I know what ones are reputable? Thanks :-)

Google Hatton Market Gold. I've sold scrap gold through them before. Good price and good service.
    • Mortgage over-payments to date: = £16,746

  • Thanks so much PiggyBankShaker - I will try them. I regularly go up to Hatton Garden & together with your recommendation there's something reassuring about knowing where they are :-)

    Thanks again !!!

    Hiya everyone

    Made £2 today on survey.

I also have a new printer - not set up yet :o........but did well on the deal. It was the one I wanted before Chrissie but decided couldn't really afford it yet. I cashed out some vouchers for £50 for PC W*rld last week and they arrived Thursday. I checked on-line and it was reduced down to £49.99 = £30 reduction :T

So I ordered it on-line yesterday and collected it today - kerching !!

Hope you all having a great weekend

  • Brilliant result, lynnejk:T

My multi-function printer has finally died this weekend:( and I need to get another as soon as possible because I use it a lot every day. Like you were before , I am hard pressed to afford one so am looking for the best bargain possible. Would you mind sharing what model yours is please, and if you have had good reports of it? I've always had Epsons before and have been very satisfied with them but am willing to switch loyalties for cost/efficiency just now.
  • I was a little bit annoyed yesterday. We received a price match voucher from Tesco with our online shopping, so yesterday I asked my husband where it is and he said he had given it to me. We can't find it anywhere!

I can't believe we are nearly at the end of January already! Everyone is doing so well :)
Thank you to everyone who posts on here :)

Re the M&S vouchers, the website says they stay valid for 2 years or 2 years since you last spent on them? Good luck :)
