Would you mind sharing what model yours is please, and if you have had good reports of it? I've always had Epsons before and have been very satisfied with them but am willing to switch loyalties for cost/efficiency just now.
It's an HP 4507. I'm going to use the two months free ink deal and then cancel it ;)

I had a surprise email for £3 as a loyalty payment from C**sumer Pulse for doing the 12 monthly tech surveys :j

We are both having problems with out phones atm so went in to see if they could be sorted. Unfortunately the assistant wasn't very helpful. It seems we are still in contract until middle of March but she said we could get an early upgrade if we wished - higher monthly costs and £20 up front for a phone each  She said she couldn't sort them but they would have to be sent away, we would have to back up everything as they would wipe the phones but we would get a free loan phone meanwhile.

We then went to another shop to look for inspiration. We found a really helpful guy and eventually discovered how to back up our phones. More importantly we discovered that as we are with T-mob our current contact will run forever and they can't put it up as long as we don't change it. So we are downloading everything we want to keep and will send the phones for repair. They should send them back as new. I'm not holding my breath and will up-date as to the outcome :)

Hope you all have a great Monday

sorry not been around again, not getting notifications again, MSE is weird like that and I got married on Saturday, so the week was spent running around getting our outfits sorted, etc.

have managed to make some money too:

    £3 pinecone

    £10.40 panelbase.net

    £12.62 ziffit

£20.xx from inbox pounds, think I might have claimed this already so will check my previous posts

£1.40 away from cashing out on onepoll but typically no surveys for me to complete.

well done on printer, I would suggest asking on freecyle and freegle too, as people upgrade printers and can't be bothered selling old one and just give away.

I didn't realise that about t-mobile... shame as I upgraded our phones last June and although on same tariffs, we share data, which with hindsight was probably not a good idea as DH hates using wifi when out and about.

personally when i am out of contract I will go to carphonewarehouse as they are helpful, phones are unlocked and they price match.

good luck with getting your phones repaired.

yes i do that things with CP but haven't kept up with doing all their surveys every month so missed my bonus.

Yes - that's where we went for advice - the chap was lovely :D

If can't get repaired will look buying another phone from them but keeping the T-mob deal - if that's possible.
