POPLA is being a bit quicker with other cases at the moment, 4 or 5 weeks are the decision dates coming through, because the PE tap has been turned off regarding the stockpiling of their cases. So POPLA are more free to catch up with the others.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Received copy of email today of ukpc appealing against the appeal stating:

    To all concerned parties,

Please see details of the POPLA Appeal and evidence to justify the Parking Charge Notice.

Thank you once again. We look forward to hearing from you.

Yes, we've seen that fairy tale before. :) Search this forum for that exact amount and you'll probably find that other thread.

If I'm reading that correctly, a loss per charge is £60, so where do they get £100 from? Their ar#!s?

Mmmm this is interesting as it copies differently to what is in the emai as the email doesn't show the figures at the end:

What I can see in the email is
    Site based £11.21
    Parking charge validation £3.88
    Appeals £1204
    Popla £1021
    Payments £1.75
    Dvla £7.63
    Written communication with driver £9.55
Debt recovery and legal admin £5.63
    Legal action £7750

I am right in that this is ukpc putting their point forward to popla stating that they issued a valid pcn? In a 33 page document I might add!!
