Disagree but would need to see the original windscreen ticket. They have issued an invoice with a potential liability to you of £60 so in my book the extra £30 is an extra non-agreed charge in contract law.

You can submit online but make sure you quote your POPLA code.
If sending by post submit copies but as Redx says make sure you get it there on time.

I stand corrected! PCN states £60 or reduced to 30 if paid within 14 days. Thanks for pointing this out. I have edited the letter

Sorry for being a bit dim but if I submit online is the appeal letter and POPLA code all that is needed? Do I need to scan/copy/attach PCN, appeal letter to Ukpc .... ?

I understand you can attach docs with your appeal. POPLA will then send copies to ukpc and they might give up the fight then or send a diatribe back to POPLA of nonsense .
That info will be sent to you and then come back here for rebuttals if necessary.

Sorry I didn't see this before. YOU don't need to attach anything unless you're using it for YOUR evidence. The PPC need to include their PCN and NTK and anything else they wish to use as evidence in THEIR submission/response to your appeal.

Cheers Bod, I ended up attaching zilch, zero, nowt! I did think that everything I needed was in my appeal letter so if any 'argument' it would be up to Ukpc to provide 'evidence'.

for popla, you can attach your appeal, in pdf or word doc format, plus any evidence if you have any
