beg do try the kheema curry it is nice. I have to say it is more a nice warm spice curry than a blow your socks of kind. Very filling and freezes well.

maman funny after I posted I was thinking the same thing and was thinking that I could have another alpen bar and a mini babybel and I would be fine for my HEs. Still not had them though lol.

flutteryby well done on the loss and the shiney's.

Shala im not playing grown ups anymore!!
My heads from being a grownup today

Food n digestion it's lie on left side n rub clockwise - encourages the old bile to move out n along into the stomach to pass stuff along ;)

Baby's you have to cycle their legs in the air bet that would work ;) lantana you try that method

I'm still in the holding them in phase as I'm a lady ;)I'm going to pop:(

Will definitely give the keema a go soon. The ultimate spag bol from mag was lovely and made loads. Supposed to serve 4 but we ate 2 and froze 4. A lot of the recipes make decent sized portions.

Well done ginvzt, Crabapple, pennies, retired lady, djenks, jocko, jellybaby, Lauri, Matron, Maisie, flutterby and fantastic iwilldoitthistime.

Chins up if you gained or had sts. It will come off.

    Hi djenks, helenjenkins and Lucy!

Oh Denise, I’m so glad someone else wore those bloomers too! I’m a M&S full brief gal too, treeny. I think I’ll invest in some sloggi type (or stronger) breeks before I go shopping for wedding outfit. Can anyone make a recommendation? I don’t want held in in the middle at the expense of having escaped bulges elsewhere! On reflection, I think I need knickers that go from neck to knee, but avoiding chest, cos there’s not much there! Oooh maybe bulges could be squeezed up to augment bosom!

We had a “large, older” English teacher (she was a fantastic teacher btw) who insisted on sitting on her desk at the front of the classroom – her bloomers were always on display. Pity help anyone in the front row, the view was bad enough from the back!

TIE, love the ‘releasing’ advice! I must try to keep it in mind, although that can be a bit of a challenge when the need arises!

Anyway, to change the subject –

    Today I had

Breakfast: fresh fruit salad, Total 0% fat natural yogurt
Snack: 1 Belvita biscuit (3 syns)
Lunch: potato & kale soup, Hartleys 10 blueberry & blackcurrant jelly (½ syn)
Snack: hm mince pie, shhhhh! They’re almost finished!
Dinner: roast chicken leg, swede chips, Brussels sprouts, carrots followed by banana split ( banana, wee scoop ice cream, maple syrup –4 syns)
I still have hexa and hexb, so supper should be easy!

Total 7 ½ syns plus mince pie –really must try to work out how many syns in each.

    Good luck tomorrow.

Just caught up with you all, loads of pages to read! My, there's a lot of big Knicks blowing in the wind today!

I can remember an old aunt having those old bloomers... She always referred to them as 'me drawers!' They were thick material, probably brushed cotton or something similar, no wonder her skirts always stuck out at a funny angle and never hung straight!

Welcome to our new members, you get lots of help on here, and often a good laugh too :rotfl:

There has been some amazing losses here, well done :T

Had a bit of a mixed week, I still seem to be struggling to get back on the wagon all day. Had a couple of good days this week, but the rest have been ok till the evening, and then I fall off spectacularly, and I can't possibly be genuinely hungry cause I have not too long had my tea. :(

Keep safe everyone, it's a wild night out there tonight, and hopefully it's not too windy indoors for some either!

    Haha, loving this thread

Knickers - I like the M&S French boxer style ones and find them comfy. Last year Mr Shortie and I won a nights stay in a hotel and my folks looked after the kids for us. I managed to leave my knickers, socks and tights behind so grabbed the only pack in my size at a local small supermarket. It was only when we were getting dressed for dinner that I opened the pack to find they were HUGE pants, lol. Mr Shortie nicknamed them my parachutes...VERY romantic under my posh dress :rotfl::rotfl:

Re trapped wind, lay on your back, gently pull your knees to your chest and gently rock your knees side to side. I definately won't be having trapped wind tonight\tomorrow. I had second helping of brussels and bacon at dinner tonight :rotfl: I kind of hope this bad weather will stop my trains tomorrow incase I my own version of 'gale force' in the office :rotfl::rotfl::eek:
