Hello you!
Was going to do some paid stuff but after two attempts to connect it seems the server is down. I'll try tomorrow but it may be that my password has expired, although I'm sure I've changed it from home before. But maybe in the "your password expires in xx days" period. Gah. Never mind. I shall just have to be on the ball and raring to go on Monday.
Blown up lots of balloons, and put up a banner. Piñata filled and sadly I've eaten some of the treatsI'm just not to be trusted.
Kitchen tidied after supper, and cuddled on sofa watching a godawful Barbie version of the nutcracker :rotfl:
Kiddies are in bed, DD warned to stay there tonight. I barely remember her sneaking in last night but woke with a face full of fuzzy curls this morning <bleurgh>. She's going to have to learn to stay put, the little moo.
Might start putting some stuff up in loft tonight.Bossymoo

Well DH is in a stinker as the programme on the laptop to run the video isn't working. Now he has only had it about a month so is entitled to be [STRIKE]pi[/STRIKE] annoyed but it means he will not do anything until it is sorted whether it takes an hour or a week! I therefore will have to have all my clothes laid on the spare bed until he gets it and my clothes rail/wardrobe finished. In an attempt to keep out of his way (other than cooking tea, wudupa, and s/s of the kitchen) have retreated to our room for more rearranging and flinging. 8 handbags for the charity shop and 1 more for the bin. Shoes all relocated to a huge underbed rollout drawer and lots of rubbish and recycling.
I hope you didn't think I was being rude by saying you shouldn't thank him Frizzle as I do believe in good manners but how far do you take it when you are living together and supposedly sharing chores, thanks for putting the bins out dear, that's ok thanks for washing up love, oh and for changing the toilet roll etc, I just think that there are some things that between a couple that you just do (and that men don't help out enough with). Ok probably dug a big enough hole with that one as now sounds worse so back to flinging.Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0 -

Completely agree with you on this one. DH is washing up atm as we have had friends over, I shopped, cooked, cleaned the house before they came, I feel I should say thank you as I usually wash up but he won't thank me for all of what I have done.

Amazing cake bossy!!
This year I have DD 18th and DS 21st... on a budget of f*ck all - Thank *insert deity of your choosing* for my lovely parents who will take both out for a celebratory meal (and let me come along too lol).
There is not enough colour in my life... I am trying to rectify this by ordering bright curtains for the living room (courtesy of a small, very gratefully received work bonus) and actually repainting the hall in the vibrant yellow/green paint I have sitting in my kitchen cupboard!
Pierce Brosnan does nothing for me. Neither does Daniel Craig. I will be very happy with Mr Branson and his hot-headedness

Productive evening.
Browsed somewhat then washed up the cups. Then bagged / boxed all remaining decs and put everything up in the loft. Stacked neatly.
Except for some lights that don't work.
Then I put all my hangers facing one way, in my wardrobe. In a bid to see how much of it I actually wear. Hopefully by spring I'll have an idea of what winter things I can get rid of...Bossymoo
