Well I managed some fitful sleep in the early hours. I shall be very tired later in the day.
The wind has blown out the window in the shed, and my fence panel dividers are down. I shall have to see to that at a later date. I have made a list of things to do, are already prioritised.

Mooloo if you can't get an GP appointment (I know it's frustrating when the surgery is so close to home!) does your nearest hospital have a Minor Injuries Unit/Urgent Care Centre? They'd be able to help you, though of course it would mean hanging around waiting to be seen, which I realise is far from ideal for you but it does sound as if you really need urgent help xx

I got to see one of the doctors today.
Tablets, creams and ointments given and go back in a week.
It's not been a good day for me.
Bit tired, bit sore, bit emotional, and very frustrated as my day off was taken up by doing things for everyone else and not for me!
Emotional as I had to take my Dad's clothes out of the car, and down to the shop, and I wasn't really ready. I was just unloading and having a bit of a moment, before the shop was open and got followed in by a customer, who didn't care about my situation but only cared about her own, and although I said I was not open carried on anyway. I found it difficult dealing with her and fighting back my tears. I am usually very accommodating, but I really felt like being so rude and telling her to go forth and multiply! I didn't but I thought that she could have acknowledged that the shop said shut, that I was unloading the car, it was before opening times, and I was crying!!!
Surely she could have said sorry I will come back when your open!!
( and to be honest it's going to be a s.h.i.t.t.y job! To add insult to injury

Then my brother phoned asking me to collect my things from the attic as they have emptied it and need the stuff gone!
It's been there for thirty years, being kept safe while I moved around the world, but I really wasn't in a good place.
I had to take DS to get the battery for his bike, and then shopping. They had no idea what to shop for, etc so I ended up pointing them into ideas and a tough menu to cover 14 days. - and adding it up as we went round so they didn't over spend.
I scraped in at 3.15 to collect DGD from school.
We bought a ready meal, and came home. I will be having an early night with the tablets that will help me sleep I hope.

    Tomorrow is another day.
Hopefully I will be back in a better place by then.

Hope the meds work and make you comfier. Did the doc give you a diagnosis?
People are chancers and the only thing to do with them when they walk in is to say "the shop's closed" and ignore whatever they say to you but simply keep repeating "the shop's closed". Sticking to that means they can't make you feel stressed and anxious.
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

No diagnosis except, it's not scabies!
I am a soft touch kind of person and hate to offend, but today I was feeling vulnerable and said woman was on he own mission and not clever bough to recognise my distress.
Oh well! Tomorrow is another day!
Tablet taken, cream slavered on. Here is hoping for sleep tonight.

Sorry should have read "not clever enough".
Must check what predictor text changes things too!
I slept well. Woke 3/4 times but only fleetingly.
Struggling to keep my eyes open this morning.
Having my cup of tea in bed, before I go for my shower and launch into the day. If I can keep my eyes open long enough!
Expecting a busy day today, as lots of people called to collect work.
I have several large projects to tackle too. Although one of those is still the curtains for the shop, so not a paid job.
Also have to sort out the store cupboards in the workshop on the top floor, as cupboards bulging and black sacks are dotted all around, and that's not to mention the stuff piled high in the car, or in the workroom at home!
That's my next alarm. Time to move.

So glad you had a better night - hope the new meds do the trick.

Sorry you had to cope with a customer like that when you were feeling so low xx

    Evening.
Was not a very productive day, for me anyway.
We were very busy though. Lots of people finally came to collect their things. Some £200 odd collected.
Then I was teaching, and got called down to do a fitting. So I left the pupil with my helper. Except she chose today to get distracted and sewed through her finger nail!
Dash to the doctors to get her seen by the nurse then!
Lots of enquiries, and about 8 new jobs in.
I took a few minutes to vote, and to get a better first aid kit, as I only had plasters and antiseptic cream.
We do have an accident book so that has been filled in.
We put up a shelving unit, and my helper started to sort the fabrics out for me, so we can get it out of the bags and onto the shelves.
It was 3pm before I managed to sew anything!
This evening there is a break in the sewing lessons, but I already have two new people booked onto the next set of 6 week courses.

Pleased to report a little less itching. Although it's starting to get worse now. But tablets will be taken again in a few hours.

Here is hoping that today will be a better day.
I have ordered some flea bombs. As I am not convinced that we are not also perhaps being eaten in the night.
Although my legs are not bitten, noticed DGD has now got some bites, and she had the cats in her room quite a bit.
I sprayed liberally with fly spray into the carpet at the moment. Not the most effective, but until the flea bomb arrives, I haven't much else.
Been told to spread salt and vacuum it up later.

On the work side this morning we are putting up shelving in the workroom before we get on with the jobs. Staff can only stay until 2pm today. So I will be sewing the jobs in the afternoon.
We have had job number 939 so today we will hit the 940 figure.
And probably a good few more.
So that 1000 job is not so far away.
We sold the first packet of needles off of the stand yesterday. Hopefully the first of many to come.
I haven't heard from either of the twins this week. - amazing.
DS needs help to get to his one day at work early tomorrow morning. I will be glad when the bike gets fixed!

Mooloo - I found the smoke bombs not too effective - but very toxic to anyone who needed to use an inhaler :-(

I recommend Acclaim flea spray - get it online here http://www.pet-supermarket.co.uk/Products/CA4472/ceva-acclaim-household-flea-spray?utm_source=google&utm_source=cpc&utm_campaign=ps_productTargets&CAWELAID=720017470000019493&catargetid=720017470000086202&cadevice=c&gclid=CjwKEAjwvbGqBRCs3eH4o5C74CYSJAB3TODsCw1RkjBjbTvvwHu8kckXjAYWxcmyXsSZBsI-_kadpRoCRg_w_wcB

And don't forget to spray mattress, underside of sofa & chairs as well as down the side of the sofa & chairs.
